Spoke with Bianca Bonilla. The Airbnb is very clean, comfortable, good location, mention. It’s a semi new construction, the elevator went out while staying there over the weekend. Checked out on a Monday and the elevator worked. Uber was our best friend, and it’s pretty cheap. I recommend going that route to book rides in town or to the beach. The security was very welcoming and offered excursions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Had toiletries, towels and AC, all you could need for a beach vacation. Both the entrance and pool are both just a minute walk to the apartment. The downfalls are that the Vista Cana area is still under construction, so it's a tiny bit noisy, the complex is very much in need of signage, transportation since the artificial beach/2 restaurants and bars on site are all a 15 minute walk away, and needs better ways to communicate to the main entrance gate (who need your permission in order to let Ubers/restaurant deliveries in). The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, I completely recommend this place if you're looking for a very quiet, peaceful vacation.

We all loved our stay, the apartments are beautiful. Up to date entertainment. There were lots of thoughtful bits to help make our stay even better like foldable chairs to take to the beach which is like a minute walk a at if that. The security staff were super helpful and friendly also like Romone so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.

Arianna is an excellent host, proactive, clear instructions, recommendations, attentive when we arrived at the place, I never had to call her, she was always one step ahead, really an excellent experience!! Super clean, comfortable place and exactly as shown in the photos. I didn't see the pool, because I went to a non-vacation commitment. I would return with my family if I were on vacation.

Bryan was the best host ever. He provided airport transportation to and from. He also took us to the grocery store. He was very kind and we definitely recommend his place. Very clean and comfortable. Safe environment. Patrol guards walking all hours. Highly recommend Bryan.

First thank you for allowing me and my friends to stay there! We only needed it for one night while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive and she was very accommodating. The location was easy for our driver to find and getting into the community was easy and simple. Again thank you so much for hosting us the home was lovely and well kept

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Natalia's place! The neighborhood is cute and quiet, there's a bunch of restaurants and a cocktail bar just a couple minute walk away. Natalia was super helpful and responsive any time I had a question, she's a great host! I highly recommend this property to anyone

House is nice, pool is warm ! But it is in a neighborhood that is still developing so it’s not that aesthetically pleasing outside but the inside of the house is very nice! It’s in the middle of everything TBH. They recommended a chef and he was GREAT- Use him if you need one! The hosts responded to everything we had questions about and were quick to fix address any issue we had. Also gave us a goodbye gift which was very nice!

As always, we loved our stay at Nancy's place. It's so convenient, it's clean, it's quiet, and there's plenty of space. This is our first choice every time we go back to visit Cocotal. And, Nancy is very good at communicating with us each time. Once we arrive, Johnny and Rita are waiting for us and if we need anything at all during our stay, or have a question, they are always available. We highly recommend this property!

I stayed at Jasmin’s location for the weekend, and overall, my stay was fantastic. The area is very convenient, with plenty of things to do nearby, which made my experience even better. However, I do feel like there should be better security measures in place, especially at the entrance, as well as improved locks for the doors and windows to enhance safety. One thing that could make the stay even more accommodating is providing basic essentials like bottled water, so guests don’t have to go out and purchase it. Certain amenities should also be stocked up to give the space a more home-like feel. Additionally, I believe the electricity bill should be included in the overall price. If guests want a chef, the cost should also be bundled in, and the chef should handle grocery shopping. When on vacation, people are willing to pay for convenience, and having these adjustments would make the experience even more seamless.

The accommodation was amazing, they welcomed us very well, nice people, the place is very comfortable and beautiful, it met all my expectations, a very quiet place to stay, I highly recommend it, everything was a 10

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a well-kept residential complex with a great pool and nice neighbors.

This is a great apartment less than a minute walk from the beach. The apartment is appointed with everything one would need on vacation. The lower terrace is very pleasant and has shade during the hot hours of the day. The upper terrace is really large and very pleasant, overlooking the ocean. It also has a jacuzzi. The property also has a couple of pools shared with other apartments in the building. There is a MiniMart right across the street as well as a couple of restaurants. The host is very responsive, helpful, and unintrusive. All around great value.

I had a great time, the area is extremely quiet. It’s in a community. You do need access to transportation. We went downtown Punta Cana and that was about a 15-20 minute ride. The Jumbo supermarket and the local mall is about 10 minutes away. Don’t take a taxi, they will over charge you. Take a private bus to the mall it’s about a dollar. The jacuzzi was really nice. I stay there again.

I had a fabulous, relaxing time at Cana Rock Star! My host, Joaquin was great. He was very welcoming, attentive, and informative from the day I booked, until the last night. Joaquin answered any questions I had or concerns immediately. Located at the Hard Rock Resort property, this place was beautiful, quiet, and most of all, safe. I will be returning soon for some R&R. Thank you, Joaquin!!

Our contact with Indhira & Valentin from the very beginning was helpful and prompt whenever we contacted them. They provided a name of a driver who was also very helpful and always on time. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. We were met as we arrived . And throughout our stay they were attentive to any need we had within minutes. We would not hesitate to book with these hosts again. If they saw us on the grounds, beach or out at a restaurant they acknowledge us and ask if all was well. We have used Airbnb many times in the past and Indhira and Valentin were two of the best hosts we have come across. Thank you.

It's the 3rd time we stayed here, in less than 1 month, and we honestly came back for the excellent treatment, the comforts of the apartment and because Celenia, she is an excellent host. More than happy and we will definitely be staying here again. Recommended 100%.
