Luxury house in the Batumi Botanical Garden!!!

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Tamara's place. Even on short notice, she was incredibly accommodating and made the booking process effortless. Communication was smooth and straightforward. Gantiadi holiday house is like a peace of heaven on the land. I’ve already visited a lot of countries, but before never met such kind, responsive and welcoming people like Nino and Shota! These people made everything that I felt myself like at home. Rooms are comfortable, clean, with modern interior and with a beautiful view on mountains. In one word everything matches photos on preview. Thanks a lot for comfortable residence, I will come back!

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

This house in Chakvi is a great success! Huge, clean, everything you need for a vacation is there. The location of the house itself: twenty steps from the beautiful beach. There are only a few houses nearby, each is a historical site. The owners live nearby. Kind, gentle people. The air and nature around the house itself is something amazing. Recommended for family holidays! The railway is nearby, but trains rarely pass through. This actually gives an extra charm to the place itself. Beds in the house, kitchen, air conditioning - everything is very comfortable. Thanks to the hospitable hosts!
