Monthly Rentals in Barra Beach

Thank you so much Hildegard and Marc for sharing your home. This beach house is amazing and beautiful even the shared pictures dont do justice on what the place looks like. First time for my children to be at the beach and they loved every second of this holiday. Will definitely be coming again with more family members so that they can also experience what we did! Everything was as described,good location with loads of restaurants ,local food markerts around and a community of locals who helped us navigate activities etc, recommended by Luis the hosts caretaker and most speak English which made communicating easier.There was also a first aid kit in the house,a first time for me to use an AirBnB with such an amenity and we appreciated that thoughtfulness.

This rental home is probably one of the most unique that we have ever experienced. Incredible natural beauty, gorgeous views, refreshing outdoor bathrooms, etc. Felt like we are in nature while having the luxuries of civilization. Truly a memorable stay. Dave and his crew are helpful and accommodating. If we ever get out to Tofo again, we would love to stay here for an even longer duration.

It felt immediately like coming home. The most of my time I spent there during the 7 weeks, I was alone and could use the kitchen and all the other facilities for my own. Simon as well as Rikito, Jorge and Nilsa helped me all the time I needed something. They're super kind and respond immediately. The garden, as well as the rooms were super cozy, clean and beautiful. I totally recommend to stay there and hope I will be able to come back soon :)

Unfortunately due to the mounting political unrest in Mozambique post elections, due to safety reasons and issues at the mains airport, we were unable to travel. Jonathan very kindly offered us to transfer our stay to another time in 2025 which we are looking into.
