A great place to stay. Green and pleasant. The fouse is well-equipped. Lots of space. Cars passing by are be a little noisy at the road-facing side if windows are open: it is not busy, but trucks sometimes pass by. With closed windows they do not bother you. Central heating and AC are present. The green yard is very nice, pathway to the river is made of concrete, so there are no problems getting there. The winery is right next door, a minimarket and a nice bakery are both in a five-minute walk. A great experience overall.

This place is a pearl, a diamond and a very rare find. The physical beauty of the location overlooking the Danube at a point where it looks positively Amazonian and majestic. The house itself is divine, exceptionally clean and spacious and full of charm with an excellent library of really interesting books in different languages Lots of outdoor space to wine and dine amongst the beautiful vineyard and orchards; we only wished we could have stayed much longer. But we have promised ourselves that we shall return. The cherry on the cake was the warmth and hospitality of Petar and Mirna who made us feel so at home from the moment we arrived. Discovering this place was a transformational experience. We were all so happy that we even drank a toast to the Age of Airbnb which makes such experiences and meetings with such unforgettable wonderful human beings possible!! Thank you Mirna! The cottage is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Just next to the river! The house has everything you need for a calm vacation, highly recommend!

The cottage is located in nature and would recommend it to visitors who want to enjoy peace and quiet with a nice view of the Danube. The host is very friendly and accommodating. He also arranged breakfast for us with local specialties.
