The rooms were spacious floor is not clean properly and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor area—whether it was lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene garden views, it truly felt like a luxurious getaway. The location was also perfect, offering privacy while being close enough to explore nearby attractions. The stay was comfortable. The interior was well done and there was ample sunlight in the living space. The TV made it a perfect space for a movie night with friends. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. BnB is located 2 kms from the town market and 200 mts from local eateries, which made it super convenient for those who want to explore the town. Zomato delivers here too. Overall, fun stay for a group of friends or family.

We needed a quick getaway with our one year old and Terra turned out to be just that and more! Terra on a hill is a unique setup- kinda unbelievable to have such a super place in a peaceful, beautiful location. Is away from the noise of Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar and gives you the chance to enjoy nature while not compromising on amenities. Mr Basavraj especially was a wonderful manager, very quick to help and respond. We wanted an offbeat place to have our family time and Terra made it possible. Recently stayed at this homestay in Panchgani and had an unforgettable experience. The hosts, Atul and Mandakini, are absolutely wonderful engaging, warm, and full of interesting conversations. The property itself is a gem, featuring a forest-like garden with over 300 varieties of plants and trees, serene fish ponds, and captivating art installations and sculptures. The breakfast was delicious, and every detail of the stay reflected care and creativity. It’s truly a haven for nature and art lovers alike. Highly recommended!
