This was a magical stay! It was a private paradise from the moment we arrived. The pictures in the listing capture it, but the serenity and views are beyond photos. Every detail was thoughtful, the home lovely, the animals friendly, and the views stunning in every direction! We took some of Jen's recommendations for restaurants and wish we had stayed more days so we could try them all. It is hard to beat eating on the upstairs deck and watching the sunset though. This getaway is ideally located in the Valley near everything. It was so much fun to bop around between Los Olivos, Solvang, and Buelton. We visited in the Spring when the wisteria was in bloom. So pretty! I can't wait to visit in all seasons. It would be dreamy during a summer meteor shower or a cozy autumn day. Thank you, Jen! You've created a fantastic place!

This was our 3rd time staying with Meagan in the Ballard Suite Spot. It is a perfect location to get away to Solvang and the surrounding area. Right across the street is the best breakfast place you could find (Bob's Well Bread) and the neighborhood is quite and beautiful, not to mention very close to anything you want to do in the area. Meagan is very responsive and helpful with great recommendations!

This house in Ballard is an absolute gem! The home looks just like the photos and is impeccably designed. Morgan has highlighted the old charm of the house with modern upgrades and every corner of the property is beautifully thought out. We loved the fragrant scent of the jasmine plants surrounding the property and loved every other detail of the home, even down to the bed linens. The location is ideal for a weekend exploring Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and the other surrounding cities. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay!
