Lovely place to stay. Very welcoming. We were surprised to find our rooms cleaned and fresh when we returned each day. Very quiet and within easy reach of Mytilini. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to the center

Ali Abi and Alev Abla's warm communication with us made us feel at home from the first moment:) They did their best to make us have an enjoyable holiday:) The breakfast was very nice and hearty. The rooms were clean and tidy. Since the hotel is close to both Ayvalık Center and the Badavut side of Sarımsaklı, it is very easy to reach everywhere by car and 1-2 minutes walking distance to the main street. The fact that there is a contracted beach in Sarımsaklı is also a serious advantage. If we go to Ayvalık again, we would prefer Tunç Hotel again:)

The place was above my expectations and I'm very sorry that while I have visited Mytilene so many times, I had not achieved the accommodation sooner! IT'S ON EL. Venizelou, that is on the street from the airport to Mytilene which is very convenient and parking is very easy (inside the space or outside on the street that is free). The reception and the main building is an old townhouse and you feel that it has come out of the past, but the rooms are modern and there is a lot of isolation as needed. It is outdoors where you go between trees and plants and you feel that you have been in a garden. The breakfast is excellent and rich and the service of children is exemplary. Great at everything!

The place is very nice, right at the entrance of the island, the business owner, Mr. Ali, his wife and their sweet little girls made us feel at home, if you want to relax and watch the sea, you should choose them without thinking, the rooms were spacious and clean, thank you for everything

Ms. Canan is a great person and host. It was an amazing experience for us in every way. We were able to really feel the calm and beauty of Sogutlu where we stayed. We had the chance to experience one of the best pizzas we could eat. You should also definitely try breakfast (we only preferred to have breakfast on the day of return, we have a lot of regret: '(), the taste remains in our palate. We were really amazed by the taste and vision of Ms. Canan's hand. It's such a clean and tidy place that we haven't stayed anywhere we've stayed so far with so much peace and confidence. On the way back, it was a place we missed and craved to go again. Many thanks to Ms. Canan and the world sweet Candy, Cheeky and Osman for this beautiful experience:)

We are the guest of Ms. İnci in Hygge for the third. She is a wonderful host, she helped with everything and we had a great three days, whether it was her treats or a nice conversation.

Everything was as described, we were flexible with check-in and checkout times, as stated, it was walking distance to everywhere, we thought the only thing missing was no slippers, we did not have any problems other than that, the host was interested, thank you very much, we are planning to stay again.

It was as shown in the pictures, but the bungolovs are very close to each other. The conversations of the people in the next bungalow can come to you. The place is paved in front of the city, so there is a sound of vehicles. But you can see the view in the great bedroom with the view. The breakfast served in the morning was exquisite and warm, everything was served. You can go for the view, but it's not an ideal place to relax.
