We loved our holidays! The proximity of the sea, the sunsets, calmness of the offseason village. We loved less the flies which got somehow inside the house and we were unable to get them out. Also, there were very annoying hungry cats who were ready to steal anything to eat at the moment we turned our back. We tried to feed them not directly around the house but they were 14 and hungry anyway. Obviously the village has problems with water and at some moments (couple of evenings) there was very weak pressure or no water at all and it was not possible to take a shower. Apart that it was truly amazing time and we would happily have stayed longer if we could. 🇬🇷🙏❤️

We stayed just in the middle of winter for the weekend. We were very happy with the fact that it was heated from the floor, there was a stove and there was always hot water. All of the general needs were in the house. Very pleasant house with a view, recommended!

First of all, we were very happy to know Ms. Aysel and her family. Their hospitality was excellent. They hosted us extremely nicely. If it is necessary to comment on the house, the interior of the house was very clean, the items were useful and very nicely designed. There is nothing to say about the view of the house anyway, it had a perfect view of the sea from every floor. Those who want to swim can go to the site's own beach, and you can go to the free public beach with almonds or the municipality operated by the municipality. This house is ideal for those who want to vacation in the Dikili area. We were very comfortable with our 2-year-old baby. We would like to thank Ms. Aysel and her family again for their interest and interest, and we hope to see them again on our next vacation.

We had a lovely stay experience. The house was clean and comfortable, we felt at home. The host was welcoming and caring and helpful with everything. We had a quiet, peaceful and enjoyable week. A place we would definitely want to come back to, we would recommend to everyone with peace of mind.

Everything was great, the apartment had eveything you need....and was in a great location close to everything you need!!

Our host was very kind and polite, graciously answered our questions, left us fruit, wonderful anise cookies and ouzo. The house was very comfortable and cozy, only the pillows were a little high for us, but this is a purely personal inconvenience. The house was cleaned once again in the 5 days we were there, which is a very good practice. Having a parking lot is a big advantage. The house is clean, spacious and absolutely delightful. The only change I would like about the house would be to add a shower cabin, the floors are getting very wet in the current situation. We thank you for everything and recommend the house to everyone who will come to the region. If we come to a more crowded place, we would like to rent the villa with a pool next door.

Elaionas Waterfront Villa is one of the best airbnb experiences we have ever had. The house is a hidden gem in an olive orchard with beautiful scenery of the Aegean sea. Location is ideal, 10 minutes driving distance to the Mytilene, but isolated from the noise of the city. The house is well equipped with all equipment and amenities in a holiday house. Alexis is the cherry on the cake. He welcomed us with a warm welcome late in the evening. He reserved a restaurant for dinner and provided us with local delicacies, (olive oil, honey and a yummy jam made by his wife) for breakfast. He has been gentle to provide us info on the best beaches and restaurants of the island. We will definitely come back.

It was a nice house to relax in October and taste the amenities of Cunda. Ms. Güler also supported us in everything. There were items in the house to meet all your needs. The towels were not included, and it would be better if those who stayed knew. Highly recommend.

Στρατής is an amazing host, extra attentive and very responsive. He makes everything to ensure his guests have a good stay. Communication was very good, he is always here when you need something. The house itself was really clean and has a very beautiful view. It is located in a small village, so perfect for those who look for a calm and peaceful place. If you don’t have a car for visiting around, taxi is a good solution (30€ for the round trip to Mytilini, and 40€ for Paralia Charamida, one of the closest and best beaches around). We definitely recommend this place!

The location is amazing! We are a family of four. Having 15 steps to the sea was incredible. We were able to have the doors open with a sea breeze. This is a perfect little oasis. It is cute and clean. The host checked in with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had adequate directions. We had a car and were able to explore the island. However, we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local restaurants, coffee shops and markets. This was an incredible trip. Thank you for your attention to details. We are looking forward to our next trip!

We went with my family, we were very satisfied, I recommend it with you, Mr. Ayberk and his wife are friendly guests, thank you very much to both of them. The house is very well cleaned, it is a perfect place in terms of price and performance, the garden is a very nice playground for my child, there is no traffic 10 minutes to all the beautiful beaches by car, there is a pleasant village atmosphere, boat tours, beacler nature walk, etc. I reserved my 1 day for Ayvalık for 45 minutes by car, there is a lot to do in this location, there is a peace and fun for those looking for peace and fun, we have a definite holiday here next year👏👏🙏
