Monthly Rentals in Baldwin Place

Our few days at Lilly’s place was so enjoyable. Perfect location with beautiful views of the lake. We felt so at peace we did not want to leave. The studio was nicely decorated, very homey. My favorite was the bed linens, I felt like I was at a spa. We highly recommend Lilly’s place.

The place is beautiful, and easy to find. The view over the river is stunning, especially during autumn at sunrise. Place was clean and tidy and very easy to live in. I was able to make use of the washer in the basement for my clothes and hung them up to dry in my room. The train does love to sound its horn at all hours of the night (well past midnight) and it goes on for a up to a few minutes non-stop. Earplugs were provided though, and I didn't use them. I was not awoken by the train once asleep, but I certainly heard it while trying to get to sleep. Something to consider, but really not a major issue. Would recommend to all.

We had a great time here. It was an extremely cozy home. Our favorite feature was the wood stove that came stocked with wood and kindling. Really gave us a cozy winter vibe. The inside of the house was also decorated in a very charming way. They have great artwork inside. We were happy to just sit on the couch and talk and eat. The host was very nice, communicative, and helpful. They gave us local hiking recommendations, as well as created an entire PDF document of local restaurants and activities. Everything in the house functioned properly and had enough supplies. Only thing I would note is there was no shampoo. The location is also great since it's only a 10 minute walk to downtown, and right next to the large creek. Overall, we loved this location

Filiz’s airbnb stay was great, him and his family were super nice anytime we saw them when leaving. The apartment was clean, spacious, and bigger than expected. It was a much needed find and I am happy the stay worked out. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
