Monthly Rentals in Balçova

Stayed here for 3 days for a family wedding and was blown away by Berrin’s hospitality and responsiveness. The apartment was spotless and couldn’t pick out a single flaw. Berrin was extremely responsive and allowed a flexible check out given our flight time. Very detailed and straight forward of the check in and out process which made everything easier. Will definitely reserve with Berrin again!

It was a lovely experience to stay at Olena’s place. It’s cosy, stylish flat and feels like home, consisting of all amenities which you would usually have at your own home. Nice appartement, location very good with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to reach Izmir by tram. All functioned well in the appartement. It was nice that we could check in very early. Free parking on the street.

Everything was number ten, I had an experience and comfort that exceeded my expectations based on my first airbnb experience.
