Ha Van was amazing from start to finish. It was out of season so there wasn’t a huge amount to do. She had Hieu come in everyday and we felt very well looked after. He answered all of our questions and helped us find places to go and even found the tea we like. Amazing service! Thank you both of you Thank you

great place to stay

The apartment was perfect for my needs. I particularly liked the shower and the bath. The hotel/apartment complex has a restaurant, coffee shop, mini mart, gym and pools so it is well kitted out (although you have to pay for the gym and pool access). The surrounding area is quiet which I quite liked, but if you want more to do, then you need to get a taxi or Grab into Halong Bay town. Phong was so helpful and quick to respond to queries. I was allowed to check out late which was great.

This place is tucked away in a stunning, deep forest. Getting there can be a bit tricky and requires multiple modes of transportation, but everything can be arranged smoothly, and it’s absolutely worth it. The hot water can be inconsistent, so keep that in mind. Still, it’s one of the rare places where you can fully immerse yourself in nature. I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay—thank you!
