Monthly Rentals in Ayia Napa Forest

I highly recommend the apartment with a pool is located in a great location close to the beaches,but also shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries. The apartment is clean and has everything you need and the owners are helpful and friendly .

The accommodation „Lefkolla“ is very centrally located in Protaras in a quite area and is equipped with everything you need. It offers plenty of space when you visit with up to 4 people. The view from the balcony is an absolute dream and you have over the whole day (in the morning in front of the house - in the evening in the backyard). Stavros and his parents were the perfect hosts. They were always available and quickly took care of everything on site. I only can recommend booking „Lefkolla“!

Our stay at Anke's property was exactly what we'd hoped for. Clean, great size, air conditioning, lovely swimming pool and all the amenities you'll need. Location was perfect - 24hr minimarket 3min walk, strip 10mins, the nearest bay is at the end of the pool - that's where you'll find the turtles, which was an added bonus! There's also a cat feeding spot about 1 min away where you can see they are all in good condition and bring them food - another perk if you're a cat lover! If we're ever in the area again we'll be sure to rebook here.

The Marios place was great for a stay in Paralimni. The apartment is large and spacious, view is lovely and better than the photo (we had beautiful moon rises to the east), kitchen appliances are helpful and bed comfortable. The area was extremely close to the beach, some good bars and restaraunts, and close/far enough from the choas of the really touristy areas. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
