An excellent location, it's well worth it. It is close enough to everything by car and far enough away for a relaxed moment by the lake. 100% recommended

The chalet in general is very nice, the upstairs that is the room is very wide, the view is not the best but it is because of the location of the chalet inside the property, however, they draw it very well with the decor that is quite cozy . I do not suggest it for small children or people with any physical disabilities or with the need for accessibility due to the type of stairs you have, specifically this room. The water in the pool is very cold but they have a jacuzzi that they warm up whenever you request it. Alma and Jonathan's service was excellent. Communication was very easy for me. The location is very good because of the proximity to downtown as it is difficult to drive in the afternoon in the traffic and it can be difficult to find parking.

The space is incredible, to get to the place it is a little complicated by the terracer, however, the specifications given by the host are very clear, don beto and what are the people who receive you are very friendly, exceeded my expectations. Amazing view of the lake, the jacuzzi is a gem and the location is just a few steps from downtown Valle de Bravo. Totally recommended!

Good location near downtown but far enough away to have a quiet context. The place is amazing, clean, good design and provide everything you need for your stay. Slightly complicated access by signage issues, but Jesus is always available to support and you manage to find the place without a problem.

The accommodation is dated, but it is well maintained, the room was comfortable and has a nice lake view. They welcomed us kindly and were attentive to making sure the jacuzzi worked perfectly. Overall, a comfortable stay.

I had a very comfortable time, there were complications to get from downtown but James was patient and quick to respond. The place is very nice and James is always very attentive. I hope to return soon.
