I enjoyed my stay at this property. The host offered me cleaning and cooking service for an additional cost, and I have to say it was well worth it. The staff is very friendly and strives to make your stay pleasant.

Beautiful place, we could enjoy the pool a lot because it was heated and the spaces in the house are very comfortable.

The house is beautiful! Very good location, with an amazing view and very quiet (perfect for resting). It is also close to the small town of Avandaro, so it is good for going out to the supermarket or going out to eat. Everything was clean, and tidy. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own bathroom. The spacious and beautiful living and dining room, has a very nice TV room with a fireplace ideal for the cold nights of Valle de Bravo. The cleaning and cooking ladies are very friendly. And Mr. Jesus, who received us, was kind. We had a problem with the water not reaching the upstairs bedroom well, but he helped us fix it. I would definitely love to stay at this house again. We had a great time!

Lovely Airbnb - lots of natural light, clean, spacious. Communication with the hosts was great and it was very helpful to have Conny in the house to help us with any questions as well as cooking/cleaning if needed. Gordon regularly checked in to ensure we had what we needed. There is an area with cute restaurants/cafes about 10min walking distance from the house, including a Starbucks. Worth being aware that heating the pool and jacuzzi has an extra charge - it does get cold once the sun sets so that may be needed. Better to bring your own car, but if you don't it's possible to book taxis. Would definitely recommend.

all the exoery of this house was excellent!!! the house is very beautiful, tasteful, total privacy, very clean, super equipped and the waterfall in front makes a white noise that is super relaxing and helps to sleep well!!! in addition, the owner is very kind, attentive and super generous, and the service of the house is equally impeccable. In short, this house is super recommended and we would definitely return.

We went to celebrate my children's birthday and everything was amazing. The wonderful employees, Vero and Bea's food was fantastic. Pablo was always attentive to all our needs. Wonderful beds and pillows. We loved that it's a place that makes it easy for you to be with young people, as they have lots of activities to do. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the house immensely.

Hello. I definitely had a great vacation with friends and family. The place is spotless, clean, friendly, and private. The pizzas that prepared me were more than spectacular, the people in charge of the housing always behaved very respectful of us giving us our space. I would definitely go back to this home. The house is beautiful, you can see the love they have put in the house, it feels and it conveys a very nice family vibe. The very friendly service staff allowed us a lot. Angelina is a very kind and attentive person. Anything we needed, she was attentive. We were happy, we were in cuatrimoto, we did hikes, campfire, hot tub, we played pool. It has a variety of activities and also many options of how to relax. I am extremely happy with my experience and hope I wholeheartedly can have the opportunity to be there again someday. If you have the opportunity to go, don't miss out.

A beautiful house with spectacular views that is way bigger and more charming than on the photos, offering a massive kitchen, a beautiful terrace and outdoor spaces and a huge living TV room. We were a group of 8 and loved staying here!

The place from the entrance and the common area is really nice, the photos don't do justice to how nice and cozy it is. The spaces inside the cabin are actually smaller than what you can see in the photos, but it doesn't make it any less cozy, and the jacuzzi is in fact much larger than what you see in the photos. This is a great location!! And Ismael was very attentive to us!

Nico’s place is simply perfect, the space is generous and the pool (heated) area and Outside terrace are amazing. It also has lots of green space with a mini fútbol court for the kids to play! Luis and Sandra were so nice and helped us with everything! The town is a few minutes walking which is perfect because it can get crowded and there aren’t many parking spots. Simply a Perfect weekend in Avandaro.

As much as we had an amazing time, all super attentive but always respecting privacy. A magical place, I would definitely like to go again

very nice, the house. Super well located. I had what you need for a good family time. Only, although it has a lot of space, it is small for tall people; you have to walk carefully. Other than that, everything is good.
