I enjoyed my stay in this property. The host offered me the cleaning and cooking service for an additional cost, and I have to say it was very worth it. The staff is very friendly and strive to have a pleasant stay.

A spectacular home of design, with lots of privacy and sheltered from noise. It also has a very nice view and makes it sunny all day to take advantage of the terrace, garden and pool. The staff serving the house is very good, great food and a lot of attention to make us feel comfortable, in addition to their discretion not to hinder. I would always recommend this place.

The house is great for 3 couples with our puppies. A very peaceful place, next to the waterfall and forest view. The house is in great condition and with everything you need to enjoy the weekend. We take advantage of the jacuzzi, swimming pool, paddle court and fireplace to celebrate the December parties. Irma was helping in the house every day and was very attentive with everything, excellent attitude and the house is very clean. We will be back! 👌🏼

The cabin is perfect for going out and disconnecting from the city , the place is in the middle of the forest and despite being very humid the house has a fireplace and the bedding suitable for the occasion. Mauricio our host is always attentive to us and responded at all times , the place highly recommended if you really want to live an immersive experience in the forest, good location and excellent host.

We went to celebrate my children's birthday and everything was amazing. The wonderful employees, the food of Vero and Bea was fantastic. Pablo was always attentive to all our needs. The wonderful beds and pillows. We love that it is a place that makes it easy for you to be with young people as they have a lot of activities to do. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the house.

Amazing House with an amazing view

The house is beautiful, you can see the love they have put in the house, it feels and it conveys a very nice family vibe. The very friendly service staff allowed us a lot. Angelina is a very kind and attentive person. Anything we needed, she was attentive. We were happy, we were in cuatrimoto, we did hikes, campfire, hot tub, we played pool. It has a variety of activities and also many options of how to relax. I am extremely happy with my experience and hope I wholeheartedly can have the opportunity to be there again someday. If you have the opportunity to go, don't miss out.

Very good location, very close to restaurants and super, very good service from service staff and my father's house, spacious and comfortable. Luis the owner is very close to our stay and gave us all the necessary recommendations.

THE HOUSE IS VERY QUIET WITH PHENOMENAL VIEWS FROM ANY ROOM, IT IS A GATED WITH SURVEILLANCE AND OMAR WAS ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR ALL OUR NESECIDADES, I EVEN GOT US A BOAT TO CLEAN AND EVEN A POLARIS TO TURN AROUND WHICH WAS VERY FUN STAFF WERE VERY FUN STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND SOON.

A beautiful house with spectacular views that is way bigger and more charming than on the photos, offering a massive kitchen, a beautiful terrace and outdoor spaces and a huge living TV room. We were a group of 8 and loved staying here!

Nico’s place is simply perfect, the space is generous and the pool (heated) area and Outside terrace are amazing. It also has lots of green space with a mini fútbol court for the kids to play! Luis and Sandra were so nice and helped us with everything! The town is a few minutes walking which is perfect because it can get crowded and there aren’t many parking spots. Simply a Perfect weekend in Avandaro.

Casa Marmota is a large space full of magic and surrounded by nature. Its large windows allow you to observe all the trees from within. The photos are just as found in the house. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The outdoor dining room and table allow you to enjoy the creek that passes to the side of the house in a wonderful way. All rooms have their own bathroom, which is quite convenient for the number of people that can be accommodated in the house. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We really enjoyed being over there. We all ended up wanting to stay longer days or to come back. The only feature to consider is that you have to go down and climb many stairs (like 5-7 flights or so) to get to and from the house, which may not be as accessible for some people. Mariana responded very quickly and the doorman was always attentive and willing to help us.

very nice, the house. Super well located. I had what you need for a good family time. Only, although it has a lot of space, it is small for tall people; you have to walk carefully. Other than that, everything is good.
