A great house, a great host. The home amenities were very good with its magnificent location, cleanliness and comfort. My hostess, Ms. Lamiya, is also overly caring, communicative, and very helpful and provides convenience. Without you thinking, it can make your trip easier by thinking a step ahead of you. I recommend staying in Teymur's home. The place was as listed. During the stay, Teymur was very responsive and helpful. We stayed as a family of 4, and it was plenty of space for our children. Teymur even had a few small toys in the home. Overall, a great stay for our time in Baku.

The place is phenomenal

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!
