The house is dreamy. Super big and comfortable. He was just super helpful and was always available to answer any concerns. More than recommended to stay there. Of all the houses I saw for 10 people, this was definitely the best.

The building and its views are tremendous, located in front of the Golf and a few blocks from the commercial start of Alem and its area of influence in Playa Grande. Excellent place to rest a few days, just a few meters from the beach and half an hour from downtown Mar del Plata. The cabin is just as you can see in the photos, super comfortable and clean. Homemade breakfasts are delicious, and communication with Grisel (Damian's wife) was excellent. I recommend it 100%. We'll be back soon!

The place is awesome, super calm, the home beautiful and save. Rolando is very nice, he was all the time attending our question. Paula, who helped us with the instructions of the home is the best, she was super nice with us and ours dogs. Super recommended.

The house is exactly what I was looking for: peaceful, convenient and pleasant to spend time with friends. The beach is a 5 minute walk which is perfect for enjoying the sea. Maria Ignacia was very available, which made the trip easier.
