Great apartment in a central location. We stayed on the weekend and the businesses below and around us were closed so things were super quiet and had the entire parking lot to ourselves. There is greenspace across the street next to the old Moncton High School, so perfect to walk your furry friend. The U de M is 2KM away.. which is perfect for a nice walk through the campus. When we stay in Moncton again, we will certainly look to see if this place is available.

This apartment is really well equipped, functional and rather clean. The bed is extremely confortable and the smart TV offers everything you can think of ! But what's more important is that Jimmy reply almost immediately, is comprehensive and is paying close attention to its clients.

Place was easy to find and pristine. Lots of amenities and space to stretch out. It was cold outside but the heating was easy to adjust and responsive, making it very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I’m enjoying my stay here so much that I extended it an extra 2 weeks. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. The internet is better than what I have at home. This is a workcation for me - working and visiting family. Love that I can bring my work with me; and this was the perfect place for me to work and relax when I wasn’t visiting my family just a couple streets over from this apartment. I look forward to staying here in the future 😊 Kate is very responsive and willing to help with any issues or questions 😊

Great place - only there for a short stay on the way to the ferry but perfect for what we needed. Easy to find, clean, well equipped and good value!

I had an issue with my flight and Dwayne was very responsive, understanding, and helpful. My kids and I had a wonderful stay. It was very relaxing and if possible I will definitely look forward to staying here again.

The Alumni House was a perfect place to stay, steps from Main st., so very walkable, larger interior (more roomy than the photos suggest!), very peaceful and quiet and the hosts were super responsive. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at Natalie and Molly’s historic AirBnB home! The location is perfectly located downtown - a 3 min walk to the Farmers Market and a < 10 min walk to restaurants and the Beaverbrook art gallery. The Airbnb has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Super high ceilings, comfy beds and linens, smart TV, and espresso coffee machine for aspiring baristas! WiFi was also great. We’d highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Thanks Molly and Natalie!

We used the place for the week over Christmas, and we were very happy! Nancy was supportive and communicative… Would highly recommend this as a place to stay for locals or visitors! Great locale to uptown and amenities. Every imaginable need is availed in the apartment. Thank you Nancy!

We were very happy start to finish. The location was just so unique and incredible. Right on a working marina, but very quiet. Plenty to see and do nearby. Walk across the pier and buy live lobsters. Christie was extremely helpful and quick to respond when asked. Condo was very well done with plenty of touches to make it homey. A good value! If we come back to Maine, we’ll call her first.

Was out visiting my daughter and Paul’s place was close to the school and I was able to make dinners which was great. Loved his place!
