Lovely place to stay; will be coming again. Clean, amenities were lovely, furniture design was aesthetically pleasing. Had a lovely time and Lancaster OH is a lovely town to tour!

Wonderful host. Always quick to respond. Place was absolutely amazing! One night stay but will definitely be back for another stay. Peaceful atmosphere- got to see a family of deer wandering from afar! Thanks for the great communication.

The place was clean and cozy. It was at a campground and the shared bathroom was clean as well. Perfect if you’re traveling through and need somewhere to stay for the night.

Check-in was easy and the entry directions were clear. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I was much happier staying there than any of the local hotels. The price was comparative to a hotel, but the accomodations were far better. Great place for someone working in the area to stay and a wonderful alternative to a hotel.

It's a bargain, 30 minutes to Hocking Hills, 20 mins to Athens. Only $39 a night for your own fully furnished studio . Includes kitchen and full size washer/dryer and flat screen tv. You can even build a fire out back in the fire pit if you wish. The hosts were very responsive to my needs. For comparison pricing most camping spots in Hocking Hills go for $30-40 a night. I will definitely be going back. BTW great hiking in Hocking Hills during the day and great restaurants in Athens in the nightime

Dave was a great host. He answered any questions I had, before, during and after my stay without delay. The space is very peaceful and was perfect for my stay. The renovations he has done give the apartment a nice modern touch and look. The location is nice and quiet, which was perfect in the mornings and nights. Overall I had a good experience with Dave and his apartment!

My husband and I were visiting my mom, who is in one of the local assisted living facilities. It was wonderful to see her, but it was stressful. It was very comforting to know that we were going back to a clean and comfortable home. Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed in the room we stayed in was. We did not have any issues at all. We traveled by car from New Hampshire and arrived after dark, pretty late actually. We didn’t have any problems with finding the place. Parking and getting the key was not a problem at all. Very clean, felt safe and comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

Ayesha’s apartment was very clean and cozy. The mattress was comfortable and water pressure on the shower was great. The detailed instructions made it very straightforward to find and check-in.

Awesome spot, In a tiny little town.. the restraunt thats maybe a 20 second walk from the front door is actually really good. Overall enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to book in the area.

The place was awesome! She had treats for us upon arrival, and it was beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed and then some! The king bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. She also gave us great recommendations. We did not want to leave!

Wow, what a gem. If you thought time travel wasn't possible then you need to visit this direct path back to the 70s. Beautifully cultivated 1970s decor, nicknacks, linens, and especially the couch every family had in America in that era. Melissa and Steve were very welcoming complete with a hands on tour that you don't get very often anymore. We felt very safe and welcomed throughout our short stay. Bonus for the glasswear and Tupperware that I remember having on into the 80s. We will be back, great job and don't hesitate the book this spot if you are!!

Great place to stay in the area, because we didn't have to drive so far to visit friends (i.e., Athens). We were right across the river from them in New Haven and this was a perfect spot. Kevin recommended a great coffee shop and this was super walkable. We will be staying here again!

This unit is new so there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out, but our Evolve contact Andi went above and beyond in their responsiveness and communication. This was such a a great place to stay!

Sarah's place was very excluded. If you want to get away from it all this is the place. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. There are two separate bedrooms. The place would be comfortable for no more than 2 people unless you have a small child. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a very comfy memory foam and with no windows in the room you can sleep the day away. The bed does take up the whole bedroom. Don't worry if you aren't comfortable crawling into bed from the foot of the bed there is another bedroom with a twin size bed. This bedroom also doesn't have any windows so it is great for sleeping in. The space had all the amenities that are listed, Including an awesome hot tub. Good also for about 3 people comfortably. The tub has a nice cover on it to keep the tub warm and clean. I wasn't strong enough to get the cover off but that was OK because I just used the tub with the lid half open. It was a good place to stay while training in the area.

Nice place, clean, lots of things to do around the area. Enjoyed our stay and all the snacks and essentials laid out for us.

As before, another great stay at Orchard Gables at the Zenner House! My daughter and I came down to OU for sibs weekend to visit our other daughter. The house had everything we needed and more. I’m sure we’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

Me & my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very quiet. The location was great, the nearby restaurants were very good. We’d come back again.

Mike was awesome, we had an issue with the other cabin I rented, and before we got there, he called me to find a solution. The place was awesome, very clean, very quiet, and he was very responsive whenever I had a question or anything. We definitely recommend going to any of his properties.

We really enjoyed our stay. They made my boufriends birthday very special. It was clean, provided coffee, snacks, great games and the outdoor area is so inviting and great! The hot tub was clean and the perfect touch to our weekend
