Monthly Rentals in Astberg

We stayed for a ski trip as a family of 4 with kids aged 11 and 9. It’s about a 10 min walk to the ski lifts but we were able to leave our skis and boots at the hire shop so very easy. Plenty of room and a well equipped place with the amazing gym deserving a special mention.

Here you can find everything for a quiet holiday. We were in winter, so there were no special opportunities for hiking in the woods, but in summer it is possible and very good. Everything is also good for skiers. There are two regions for alpine skiers - both 5-7 minutes by car. You can't do without a car there. For cross-country skiers there is a varied and long trail that starts three minutes from the house. For après ski lovers it is a bit more difficult - everything is there, but close to the ski lifts, in Kitzbühel, which means you have to go by car or taxi. Definitely everything is great there, the people are hospitable but unobtrusive and very nice. If we can, we will try to come in the summer.

Those who love the mountains and nature are in good hands in Florian's homey and cozy house. The look is gorgeous. The house has a personal charm ,paired with comfortable ,modern bathrooms and a new fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. The beds in the upstairs bedrooms creaked a bit . We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were received in a very friendly manner and had a lovely few days at the place. The ski resort is easily accessible within a quarter of an hour and the area is also beautiful and invites you to hike. We were also very happy to cook in the fully equipped and very clean kitchen and made ourselves a cozy evening after skiing. In general, the place is highly recommended!:)
