Just left the apartment, a nice little apartment with everything for life: washing machine and stove, TV and even all sorts of mixers, blenders. The residential complex itself is about half an hour walk to the sea, opposite the water park, cross the bridge, there are elevators, convenient for mothers with wheelchairs. On the territory of 8 swimming pools, there is a slide, cafes, a lot of children, everyone walks, a lot of greenery. I was very pleased with the children's animation: a swimming contest, a children's disco, a talent contest, etc. The manager Nikolai always responded quickly, explained everything, went to a meeting. Great apartment for a small group/family getaway.

Nikolai's apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest, you will not have to worry about anything. The territory of the complex is always, guarded, well-maintained and clean. Nikolai told us everything in detail, where to shop, where to spend leisure time, also provided bicycles, which was very convenient for us.

Thank you Elizaveta, we had a great holliday here!. The apartment is central and just a short walk to bus or the beach. The only negative is the very strict rules at the complex, but i understand that's the same for everybody. The apartment is perfect for someone who wants a nice a peaceful holiday.
