Townhome vacation rentals in Asheville

We had a wonderful time and the townhouse was perfect. Our only issue was we did not have coffee filters. They did provide coffee packets but we wanted to brew our own coffee. The top floor was a welcome surprise as it was a beautiful bedroom with lots of space that we were not expecting. Walkable to south slope and downtown. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful home with incredible views! It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The home was listed as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was 2 1/2 baths. This home provided a serene view of Lake Lure and mountains with an added bonus of being able to see Chimney Rock right outside the window. The Italian restaurant within walking distance had kind service and great food. The close proximity to parks, quaint boutiques, and The Flowering Bridge were a bonus! We enjoyed this property so much over New Years, we can only imagine how great it will be during the Summer.

Great stay! Very close to downtown and the Biltmore. Everything was as it was pictured and described. Towns is very responsive - fantastic place to stay.

Great stay! I was there for a month and this location was central to just about everything! Sweet neighborhood with walking distance to cafes. The house was nice and spacious and the host was responsive. Would definitely stay again!

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

Very well maintained place, perfectly matched our needs. Kids got lot of toys to play.

Great place to stay! Spacious, comfortable, and walking distance to downtown I wish the wifi worked a bit better above the second floor but were able to make due. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Aida was wonderfully helpful. We stayed over Christmas and liked it so much that we are now renting for close to a year while building our home. The townhouse is very clean and comfortable with every amenity you can think of. We are grateful to have found such a lovely place with such wonderful landlords. Karen and Bill

My friend and I had a super girls weekend and stayed here. We walked to restaurants, shops, botanical gardens, and the River Art District so easily!

Lindsay is a great host! She is responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend her place. The home was well appointed and spotless. And the views were spectacular! We had rain most of our visit so we were only able to enjoy the deck one day, but that one day was worth it. Good internet too.

Great location for easy access to nearby towns, restaurants, breweries, and of course..hiking! Pros: Gated community, communication, pool/hot tub, on-site dining, view, multiple decks to enjoy the view, quiet, clean, and you get your own golf cart! Cons: the kitchen is pretty small and the bathrooms are dated but… I seen this in the pictures and the price reflects it so I still left a great review. Would stay again!

We were there during Hurricane Helene, and the hosts did everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible. They helped stock the house with potable water, ensured we could use the bathroom by using water from the hot tub, and checking in to make sure we were safe.

Beth's place was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with and she responded to our questions quickly. Beth was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and spacious yet cozy. Our family loved hanging out and playing board games in the screened in porch. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy. The place was very quiet and peaceful, as was the lake behind it. It was nice to sit on the dock, bask in nature, and relax. The condo is a very short drive from the resort amenities, which you can also reach by a pleasant 10 minute walk. The resort itself has so many things to do, my kids were in heaven! We were also able to rent a boat and enjoy Lake Lure. I will definitely recommend this place. Our family will definitely come back! We had a wonderful stay at Michael's townhome and would 100% stay again. The home is very welcoming, nicely furnished and very clean. I found the layout to be perfect for family or friends traveling together who might enjoy a bit of privacy from each other. And, the location is ideal for exploring the Asheville area! We loved the home. Ginny was super easy to communicate with. The space was welcoming and exactly the old charm we wanted. And the Books!! Oh the books! I could read here for hours. Lovely spot!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Chris’ Townhouse in Lake Lure (Sept 14-17, 2024) and I have to say the place was beautiful, well kept and very clean. The view from the kitchen to the lake was spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay plus the king bed in the master was VERY comfortable. The automatic blinds in the master and family room were a plus. In fact, we plan on getting us some now too! The only issue in the Lake Lure /Chimney Rock area is lack of cell phone service (Verizon). I would imagine due to all the mountains, however, if you log into Chris’ WiFi and any restaurant’s WiFi, you’ll have no problem. All restaurant’s provide free WiFi.

Very nice home. Lots of kitchen accessories which was great for making breakfast in the morning. Walkable to a few shops and restaurants nearby.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. Everything was absolutely perfect. I booked the house for eight ladies getting together for a girls trip and everyone said it was one of the nicest Airbnb’s we had been to. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the view of the mountains from the porch is breathtaking. Jessica and Sandra were amazing hosts. Communication was fabulous and they went above and beyond to make us fee welcome. Overall it was a 5-star experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justen’s place! We were in the Hendersonville/ Flat Rock area to visit family and friends. Justen’s home was well located to both of those communities. The home is very clean and nicely furnished. Justen was very responsive and friendly. We liked being in an area of apple groves, as opposed to being in a busier area. If you want very comfortable accommodations and privacy as well as an outstanding host, this is a great home to rent!

Had a fantastic time visiting our son for Thanksgiving. The place felt like home and even had enough pans and utensils to do some Christmas baking. Clean and comfortable. Just what we needed!

Brandy was an excellent host and her condo was above expectations... cozy, clean, and very well decorated. It's the perfect getaway for the weekend if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful and quiet environment.
