Exceeded all expectations, beautifully and tastefully decorated; loved the beach theme with the decor; the beds were extremely comfy and the linen clean and fresh. The home was extremely well equipped, and a very useful information book supplied. It was warm and had constant hot water and a super bathroom and shower. The property had been decorated with lovely Christmas decorations throughout and the added touches of milk, coffee, biscuits and a basket of dog supplies was a very pleasant surprise. The box of games was brilliant, and we made use of those. We visited The Old Manor Inn, both evenings as only a short walk away, and it is a lovely friendly pub. We stayed locally for walks with the dog and found plenty of good places to eat. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

Amazing stay in this beautiful house. On arrival there were M&S treats and a tub of celebrations. 😋 The lounge kitchen dining room had a Christmas tree and decorations beautifully arranged which made us feel right at home. There was a Xmas tablecloth and napkins provided too. 🎄🥰 The bedrooms were perfect and beds and bathrooms were very clean, fresh and inviting. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The perfect location for a family Christmas. We all had space and the communal areas were ideal. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! We all loved getting the ferry across to Dartmouth - lots to do. Our dog had a great time too - lovely walks and pub friendly pubs. Our fav local pub was the Steamed Packet. Thanks Mark for being so attentive ❤️

We only stayed a couple of nights whilst visiting our son & grandchildren & didn't get to spend much time in the cottage. However, it is spotless, nice & warm, well maintained & quite quirky, with a very relaxing living room & large bedroom. The hosts are very responsive & we will will definitely look to stay again.

We spent a family Christmas at Lynnes fantastic farmhouse which was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The house had everything we could need and want, it felt like home immediately. The kids loved the games room and spent most of their time on the pool table. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition and well maintained. Cooking on the Aga was a new experience but the turkey came out absolutely perfect. Francis was extremely helpful and always on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic week, the house was perfect for our family, the rooms were huge and the location and views were stunning. There's so many lovely places to visit within a short drive. I couldn't recommend the house and hosts highly enough.

The cottage was historic and charming, right in the centre of Salcombe and literally a short walk away from pubs, shops and a beautiful harbourside stroll. David was very helpful and courteous in all his dealings and even sent a guide to Salcombe in the post, prior to our stay. Thank you - we really had a lovely time for my husband's 70th birthday!

we stayed here for 4 night early January while working in the area a.d felt very much at home dispite the freezing weather the home was warm. cosy and comfortable so.much so I'm booking again to come with the family

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

We love Kevin and Tina's bungalow. It is so cozy, and nicely decorated. The house is very clean and fully equipped of which made it very convenient for our stay. The area, while it is quiet and needs a car to travel, is surrounded by natural beauty and walkable paths. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Tina's place. We had a great stay at 'Le Shack'. The lodge had everything we needed, very well equipped, extremely clean and super comfy beds. We used the onsite pool a couple of times, which was great and not busy. Fabulous location, with great views out to sea and a gorgeous beach right on your doorstep. Nice stop off at the Cliff Top Cafe on the way back up!! The pancake stack was delicious! Would definitely come back for another stay. We loved this part of Cornwall. Danny is a very responsive host. We stayed at Lily's Cottage for our wedding anniversary. Matthew and Rob were perfect hosts and made our anniversary special with prosecco, a card and flowers. The cottage is a lovely warm, comfortable place with a real home-from-home feeling. We experienced a wonderful time here and would certainly recommend Lily's Cottage as a great place to stay.

Peaceful and cosy caravan in the beautiful Devon countryside. We felt very welcome on Dawn’s farm. The play area was a great addition for the kids who also loved watching the chickens and saying hello to the ponies. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

From start of booking to departing the lodge, Thomas and Sally were fantastic. Very helpful and responsive. Checked in with us during our stay to check everything was okay and if we needed anything. Beautiful lodge In beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and picturesque.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Very peaceful and a great base for enjoying the area. Very clean. We had some travel difficulties so were particularly grateful that Catherine kindly accommodated our very late arrival.

Me and the dog recently stayed at this property and usually the dog is very anxious in new surroundings but had a great time on surrounding beaches and walks. The hot tub was an added luxury after a long day of walking. Lenny went out of his way to cater for my misunderstanding of dates and I couldn’t thank him enough for this! The hole property was clean and cosy and would definitely recommend this property and the host very highly Gareth

This is a truly stunning place to stay: beautifully laid out with everything you could need and a glorious, restful sense of peace. No traffic noise, no crowds. Woke up to a woodpecker in the trees and ponies grazing in the field. Magic.

We really have had the best few days, we originally booked a campsite and fled the next day....long story. However, we found this secluded field and booked up. Within minutes Kate responded and accepted the booking, lots of instructions and information sent. When we arrived we were greeted by Richard who gave us a tour of the surroundings. We later met kate who gave us some home grown tomatoes and cucumbers, they went lovely with our BBQ. Thank you! Lovely hot showers and flushing toilets. There has been so much effort and thought put into everything around site. The kids loved exploring the place. Very private and secluded acre of land, the dog could run free once the gate to the feild was shut without being kept on a lead like the previous camp site we were on! We felt so relaxed when we arrived. Highly recommended and an absolute lovely couple.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place felt homely and clean. They also made sure my dog settled in nicely. All round very happy!
