Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Had a lovely stay in a wonderful flat - Jodie's place had everything we needed and there's lots of things to do locally just outside the front door!

Was an absolutely beautiful apartment, didn’t want to leave. Host was quick at responding and everything u need was in the apartment. Comfy bed, great tv with Netflix and other apps, kitchen has all the utensils to cook a great dinner.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

Great location in the heart of brixham less than 5 mins walk to harbour. The flat was immaculate extremely well cleaned and presented everything you need for your stay. Alison responded straight away everytime i messaged. Wouldn't recommend for the elderly or people with mobility problems as the steps down to property are long and steep but didnt bother me and will definitely stop there again , had a great break.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Absolutely stunning house, was perfect for what we needed. Check in was simple and the place was clean on arrival. The host was very accommodating to our requests. We had a small issue with the hot water and they can straight away to assist and solve it. Can’t fault the house, stunning interior,even better than the photos! It made a great venue for a family get together for a birthday weekend. Views over the canal were lovely. Only downside is the additional cost for the hot tub, which we were almost certain wasn’t written about when we booked. We opted not to have it as we felt £150 extra for the use of the hot tub was a bit much. But this didn’t negatively impact our stay nonetheless. Will be keen to return. Thankyou!

Visiting Plymouth for a competition at the mayflower life centre. Perfect distance to the pool peaceful evening yo unwind. House was spotless quiet and comfortable. Perfect stay thank you xx

Amy was a pleasure to deal with and the house was huge and lots of original features. Very close to the train station and not far from HMS Raleigh as we were there for my sons passing out parade. Had a fab time and the house is loverly well worth the money 👍

We had a great time staying in Rachel’s accommodation again. It is a beautiful property, extremely well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is ample parking and the location is superb too.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

We had a lovely time at Phil’s AirBnB! The photos don’t do it justice, and the view is beautiful to wake up to. The flat has everything you could need, and is very spacious. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Super place , quiet location but just up from the main drag …

Suited our needs as had friends in the area so perfect for us. Flat was as described and very comfortable for 2 and a huge dog friendly garden. Plenty of space inside and pictures show property off exactly as it is. very well stocked kitchen. Diana was very helpful and friendly and on hand if needed. Will definitely be looking to stay again when visiting our friends.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Kevin & Jess’s property. They were very responsive and provided very detailed information about the place. In terms of the apartment itself, I quite liked how tucked away it was as it felt more safe. It was gorgeous and let in a lot of natural light during the day. They also stocked up with a few basic essentials, which was appreciated.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

An amazing place to stay with the bonus of private parking, near beach, town, train station. The apartment was very clean with all you needed for a relaxing break away. If you want a place to stay by sea then would definitely recommend this!
