Heike welcomed me warmly, was also super accessible during the stay and was available to help me. The place is as described, has a special charm, I found it very cozy there. The location of the cottage is very secluded, so great for really getting away from it all. But solitude was also an issue for me - as a solo traveler, you should consider in advance how well you can handle it.

What a wonderful place! We received an incredibly warm welcome with all kinds of goodies, a very well cared for house, even with all kinds of attentions because we had our dog with us. Ulrike and Martin were super attentive and responded very quickly and adequately to questions. We very much enjoyed the welcome, the house and the beautiful surroundings.

A very quiet cottage with a unique charm. In the house you will find everything you need: games, spices, dishwasher tablets, towels, linens and blankets. Great WiFi and Netflix on the TV. Sure, you have to get involved in heating with the stove, but somehow this was an exciting adventure for us. We stayed with Aaron while we attended a course of the Wohlleben Waldakademie. Highly recommended! Thank you Aaron for the great time in your beautiful forest cottage.

It was a nice space for me and my kids. If there is a chance, we would also like to stay in Summer.
