The apartment is super modern, well equipped and all new. The team is attentive, and give several tips in the area. The only point is that there at the pontal is a bit bad the road, so I don't recommend it for low cars. Another point of attention is that the part of the pool is not in the same house.

Your Luís' apartment is very nice, very spacious. The building is quiet and safe. It is in Centro near markets, bars, shops, etc. you can do everything on foot, until you go to the beach! Seu Luís gave us tips on tours and was very helpful with us!! I definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

Our stay at Mr. Diel was definitely perfect. Clean, airy, comfortable and with everything you need. The apartment is well located, the employees of the condominium are extremely polite and the contact with Mr. Diel was easy, always being helpful and assisting in the demands. Excellent apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We use more for sleeping and the air conditioning works very well. Bed linens well clean and pleasant. Features iron, clothesline. All very functional. Bruno and Daniele very nice and kind.

Every year we hold the family event and are happy to choose the house of Marilene. We were greeted by the owners as friends. Since the layout of the rooms is well integrated, no matter if it was in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue, it was possible to interact and talk. The house seems to be a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. The shower I found it a luxury. I had not taken such a tasty bath in a long time ago. We went to the beach that is from the housekeeper and amazed... quiet with the hottest water in Buzios. We really love it! Thank you for a special weekend.

Max and Juliana's house is spectacular, all the perfect accommodations, we went as a family for a total of 15 people and there was still plenty of space, bedding and everything of great quality the excellent beds, the living area at the top helps a lot and had everything we needed, really a great experience, about the location is 8 km from the beach of the fort, which I consider a very quiet distance, the access to the house is a little scary on the first day, but after all the name "lookout" is not an act, after climbing the first time we got used to it and it didn't get in the way at all, all the colors that we need anything Magno that makes services for the house super well, we are all satisfied with the experience.

The house is better than the photos, bigger and with a better view, a good location, the beach is the best for my taste, close to a restaurant but with the necessary silence to rest, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the house is spectacular!!! A detail that needs to be clarified, the "cleaning" person does not clean, they prepare breakfast and lunch, for 300 reais!! It would have been good to know beforehand to make an informed decision. The bathrooms on the first floor smelled bad, we cleaned them and the smell went away. But they were minor details for the spectacular place!!

The stay at the place was great and fulfilled what you promised. Patrick said that they are working to improve the space, such as the deck that needs renovation, having network for guests would also do very well. The issue that really upset was the fact that the employees entered without prior notice, they are very nice people, but in order for it to really be a stay with privacy in my view, the time of the boy who takes care of the pool has to be notified in advance. We were taken by surprise every day, when we saw he was already there, I with two teenagers wanted to leave and I was not comfortable leaving them, so my husband needed to stay in the house and could not go to the beach with us because he arrived exactly when we were leaving. There needed to be an extension of the checkout due to lack of organization on the part of the hosts and with this our time was extended to 12:00 pm, but the cleaning employee arrived at 10:50 to start cleaning, it was boring. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Impossible to describe such a wonderful stay, the house is very well equipped, the facilities are comfortable and luxurious. The service is excellent, Danielle, Anderson and Thiago are really amazing and make your stay a fairytale. Very grateful for everything Moa we had an excellent time, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful place, all very conserved and organized. My family and I felt at home. It has air conditioning in the 3 rooms and are suites.
