An indescribable place! Surreal beauty, a sensational panoramic view of Arraial do Cabo. Márcia welcomed us very well, with clear instructions, but leaving us completely at will. The house is very well equipped, clean and tidy. A place I will recommend to friends and family, as well as return other times. Nicole and Rogério, despite being a bit far away, promptly answered all questions and questions.

We went in a large group of 8 people and the big beach house served perfectly for all of us, the house is literally in front of the big and very cozy beach, with all the necessary utensils, we rent only the bed linen and take our own towels. Still, the stay was perfect, I recommend it to everyone, as the house is in a wonderful condominium, with swimming pool, sports court, 24hr porter, easy location and access. And Heloisa was very attentive, she gave indications of everything, about boat trips, restaurants and everything else, she always answered quickly, gave clear and very friendly instructions. if in the future I returned to the camp of the cable, I will come back to rent the same house, because I liked it very much.

Cris was a great host. All Check-in and guidance information was passed. The house was spotlessly clean and organized. The pool is great! I'll be back soon! Highly recommend!

It was absolutely worth the experience! This was my first time in Arraial Do Cabo for a getaway, and I finally got to enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of the place. The beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day, and a refreshing shower and a cozy bed were all I needed. The kitchen had everything we required, and the refrigerator was a lifesaver, storing our food for our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Thank you very much for the kindness of Marcelo and Margarete and for allowing us to enjoy that beautiful house in Búzios. The views of the house and the facilities are very good. We all really liked the decor of the house. A very cozy house. Italmar takes too long to respond to messages and on the 4th day he contacted me very early to tell me that we broke 3 glasses and that we should pay for them. I think he could have skipped the comment on the 4th day and at that time in the morning and let us know the price on the last day of the stay. We had known, we would have paid for them without any problem. Italmar did not take into account the following: -The dishwasher stopped working on the 3rd day. -The grill and the light gave one of the guests an electric shock. -The living room light didn't work and they never changed it. -On the day of our arrival, Margarete and Marcelo were surprised to see 12 guests. (6 adults and 6 children aged 6, 4, 4, 8, 8, 8 years). In conversations with Italmar, the situation was clarified in advance and he was already aware of it.

We loved Ligia’s place a lot, we even extended for couple of days more! The chalet is very private, located in a peaceful and quiet street only 3 minutes walk from the beach and super close to the center. The place itself is exactly as described and showed on the pictures; very clean and has everything you may want for your stay, including sun chairs, clothes racks and etc. Wi-fi was fast and good for working remotely. We also enjoyed the garden during the hot hours! Overall, very much recommended!

We were very well received by the host Fernando, and whenever we needed any help or instruction he quickly responded to our needs. A great house and space to stay with family and friends. Super recommended!

excellent apartment in a very quiet area despite going in the middle of the carnival that the street was crazy when you were in the apartment was another world , quiet and quiet , close to everything , supermarkets , exchange houses, beach and places to go to know , when I had problems for the translation of the WiFi key they communicated immediately to help me, before my accommodation they advised me with doubts that I had about the area and recommended options of things I needed , very grateful

Condominium actually facing Praia Grande. In front of the condominium entrance there is an unofficial entrance to the beach, avoiding having to go through the personnel who want to provide sunguard. Apartamento had just been cleaned and has a vacuum cleaner for those who will stay longer and have a small baby, avoiding the accumulation of sand on the floor. Condominium gatehouse always with someone present and everyone is always very helpful.

We found this place by a lucky strike but we couldn’t have been happier with our selection. Ruben was extremely helpful and the place is just cozy. Private, comfortable, just what we needed!

We spent a few days, the apartment is large, the condominium has a sauna, swimming pool and beach nearby. we will return more often.
