Very nice apartment in the heart of the city with a nice balcony. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, Opera building and lots of activities.

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

A wonderful week in Yerevan, thanks to Mane! Excellent studio – comfortable, clean, and bright. The bed was cozy, and the bedding was of great quality, which is very important for a good rest! Mane gave us several valuable tips on what to visit. The location is perfect – right in the center of Yerevan, yet quiet and peaceful.

The apartment is fantastic, with a prime location! The spotless interior has been attractively renovated, making it feel very welcoming. It's less than a 2-minute walk to Saryan Street, where you'll find a great selection of restaurants and cafes. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Opera Theatre or Cascade, and Republic Square is only a 15-20 minute stroll away. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. He was flexible with the check-in time and even met me early in the morning due to my night flight, which I appreciated. Highly recommend this place!
