Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Appalachian Mountains

This is a great place to stay. When you walk in you feel right at home with a clean scent throughout the house. Everything worked and it was decorated nicely. It even had an ice maker. Unbelievable!! 5 stars all the way. The yard was fenced in real tight too so our boys could venture outside freely.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely home. The area is an established neighborhood in a small town with good shopping and attractions (Chief Ladiga Trail - I’ve hiked several sections but not the whole!)

This was exactly what we were looking for. We spent the weekend away for my daughter‘s 13th birthday. We were able to chill and relax Friday night and all day Saturday. Her and her friend spent the day doing spa treatments, puzzles, games and crafts. On Sunday we checked out And went tubing at Peak and Peak. We had everything there that we needed. I felt unsure about the wood burning stove and there were no directions so we didn’t use it. We were disappointed with the hot tub. The water seemed low and not as warm as we would have liked. We went in 2 different times, once on a cold night and once during the day when the weather was a little warmer but still felt a little disappointed. Our over all experience was great! The place served the purpose that we rented it for. I would definitely recommend it to others, especially those that are looking to hibernate.

Just an outstanding AirBnb. The home was in pristine condition when we arrived and was exactly as described and photographed. We had a really wonderful stay and Amanda was great (very responsive). The hot tub and outdoor space is really special!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. This was our second stay at Megan's place, and walking in just felt like coming home. She had the place decorated for Christmas and it was so lovely, my mom was so excited that there was a Christmas tree for our little family visit. Megan is always very responsive and her place is always so clean and cozy. We will definitely be back!

My family and I loved the house and appreciated all the thoughtful touches like restaurant and shopping suggestions, a k cups, a stocked bookcase, and plenty of towels and wash cloths. Great stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was very close to town. The hosts are wonderful people and they have a beautiful home. Their backyard is awesome. They have so many plants, and the parking area is fenced in. All around great stay. We will be back the next time we head to OBX.

I was looking for a place close to my workplace to stay for just under a month. I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a comfortable spot to sleep. And for that, it did the job just fine.

I stayed here for 5 days, and my stay was great, it was very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, I loved that it was very close to everything. The hosts were very attentive throughout our stay as well as very welcoming. Overall very comfortable and cozy stay for two people I would definitely recommend 10/10.

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and for good reason. The neighborhood is incredibly inviting, with a friendly atmosphere and a highly walkable layout. Excellent restaurants and unique shops are just minutes away, adding to the convenience and charm of the location. The property features a yard, perfect for pups, and the apartment itself is thoughtfully decorated, well-stocked, and full of character. Bryson’s proactive and attentive communication truly sets him apart as a host, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here or at any of his properties.

Pleasant for the weekend because the shop below is closed. Very clean lots of extra blanket with a folding bed. No complaints for the cleanliness of the place and everything for cooking.

Had a beautiful Christmas vacation stay. The location is so close to many waterfalls, scenic views, quaint restaurants and Mountian towns. Joni was super responsive to all our needs. Ran into a small hiccup and she immediately addressed the situation. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous house , modern , cool design , cozy . We had to a lot to do with the kids , enjoyed the hot tub . Host even provided with the sleds . We catch the snow storm and it was a blast . Easy to reach the house and not steep hills to get stuck on snowy days . Almost no neighbors and we saw deers close by . Will be back .

We have stayed at Carol’s other campers but this was our first time at Trigger’s cabin. Great rustic accommodations and a beautiful spot right on the pond. It is such a peaceful spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. Carol is a great host and we plan to be back again.

Accurate photographs of the room and surroundings. Perfect directions to find the location. I just wish there was an extra blanket. I have no other complaints about this listing and I would stay again.

The cabin was very clean and cozy when we had arrived. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and the secluded area. Additionally, some of the nearby hiking trails are absolutely stunning that aren't too far from the cabin.

Nice little cabin. Warm, clean, perfect location for our grouse hunting trip. Scott and Lisa were great hosts. Friendly and responsive. We got to meet them (their place is just down the road). Had a drink and watched a half of football with them....very enjoyable! Nice folks.

Such a sweet little place. So quiet & relaxing. Drive able distance to Blue Ridge, Blairsville & Ellijay. So clean & very cute decor in the cabin. My husband and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary & we can’t wait to come back.

We are so grateful to Beth & Lorie for their flexibility regarding check in and check out during the recent winter storm. The cabin is cozy, comfy, warm, and homey. We loved the hot tub! Seemed very clean and they clearly keep up to date on maintenance. We loved the location outside of Robbinsville & Bryson City, though we were snowed in during our stay so didn’t visit any restaurants or shops. We would gladly stay here again!
