Simonetta's house is enchanting: the care and delicacy of the landlady are clearly perceived in every detail. Simonetta is really committed to thinking about everything we might need during the stay. The loft is tastefully furnished, everything is new, clean and well maintained, and you are an extremely welcoming person. The area is very quiet, and both Rome and the airport are a short drive away. In our case, it was more convenient to rent a car to explore Rome and some coastal towns, rather than using public transport. I highly recommend this place.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

The room is very neat, clean and fully furnished.The hostess was met at the door with excellent communication.There is a big supermarket just across the road, and there are many nice restaurants and cafes within a kilometer.

the Dream turned out to be a comfortable place, with a lot of space, cozy and clean, well heated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Mrs. Susanna was very kind to us and our dogs. We highly recommend it

Serena is the most wonderful host! I loved the apartment, the atmosphere and the neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, it feels like you have your own little place in the big buzzing city. It has all the comfort that you need and it will make you feel at home. I have to give Serena the price of being the best host I have ever had! My bag got stolen late at night, and Serena saved my night by picking me up and bringing me back to the apartment. Really making sure I was save and sound. What a gem she is!! Make sure you have the most pleasant time in Rome by staying at her lovely apartment.

Perfect location to visit Rome, quiet area near Caffarella Park with all connections within walking distance.

Detailed check-in instructions provided by the host. Host was very quick to respond to any requests. Accommodation was exactly as described; especially liked the backyard porch. Short walk to all local sites. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

Stefano’s place was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location on the 6th floor offers stunning views that are truly unforgettable. I especially loved the hot tub and terrace, where I spent every evening relaxing. The place was spotless, and they even let us drop off our bags the morning we arrived. I give Stefano’s place 5 stars, and we’ll definitely book again when we visit. It felt just like home!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

Simonetta was very patient and kind, especially as delays led to us being 3 hours late for check-in. During our stay, Simonetta, was always approachable and very helpful in the suggestions she gave. The house is beautiful and had amply room for our party of 10. The local supermarket and bus to the airport are only a stones throw away and, I"m sure in the summer, we would have made much more use of the beach which is only 500 metres away! A great stay and highly recommend!

we were very satisfied, the house was clean and well furnished, the fridge was already turned on when we arrived as well as soap and sponge for dishes or washing machine detergent, the house was already livable immediately and this thing for a short stay had a great value for us. It was also nice to have been welcomed upon arrival (they also helped us with luggage and provided useful information for our vacation). Surely there are more luxurious solutions but within this price range I believe that the value for money is excellent. there was also air conditioning with double split and a nice sofa with a garden table in the balcony. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful. also great proximity to a supermarket and other shops that can be reached in a minute on foot

strategic location to get to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I would choose again!

Edoardo was a great host. (Also if you are lucky enough you might meet his dog Paco who is also lovely). The place is great for large families as it has a large kitchen and two bathrooms. The location is great, as there is a Carrefour close, metro station and several bus stops.

Great area for tranquility, surrounded by a beautiful green park. The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy and enjoys any comfort. Alessandro, great host, always ready and available to respond to my messages with courtesy and speed. Great cleanliness of all rooms. I'll definitely be back!

Experience tunic great service

This is a beautifully designed house, close to everything but also far away from the city so you can really relax. Giorgio is kind and thoughtful and very knowledgeable. We absolutely recommend this place for an enjoyable vacation in Rome.

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it

She will be a kind and helpful person, in the house I found everything from detergents, napkins, toilet paper, and small things to eat (coffee, oil, salt,). The house was in a perfect location, easy to take the train to Santa Maria delle Mole and get to Roma Termini.
