We had a fabulous experience at Rome By the Sea, hosted by Caroline! The apartment and amenities were as described and the space was perfect for our party of six's week long stay in Italy. We had several busy days of touring and enjoyed coming "home" to the peaceful sound of the sea, and cozy living area. Caroline was very helpful in working with us on timing for arrival, and was available to help throughout our stay. there were several books, magazines and brochures about Italy and Ostia in the apartment, which were helpful to us in planning our days locally. Highly recommend this listing!

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

Salvatore was kind, responsive, and amazing at communicating across our language barrier. His place feels like a vintage yacht, and the view is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this as a Ostia beach getaway, and exactly what we needed after some long flights.

Claudio‘s home was cozy, clean and beautifully decorated! We were only there from 2pm to 2am and it was a perfect place to rest after a long trip and before a long flight home. It had all the amenities we needed & is in walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and fabulous restaurants! Claudio personally picked us up from the train station & drove us to the airport for a reasonable fee. It was so nice not to worry about transportation. I highly recommended Claudio’s home & wish we were able to stay longer!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

We had a very nice stay at Fabrizio’s place! It was super clean and beautiful. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. It has direct access to the beach which we loved. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Davide's house Impeccable cleanliness, bright and pleasant environment, equipped with all the necessary amenities The house is a stone's throw from the beach but also from the shops A pleasant walk along the promenade leads to the medieval village. We'll definitely be staying here again

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! The house was as described, bright and clean. Manuel was really a fantastic host, despite it being the evening of December 31st he worked to resolve a problem with the boiler suddenly shutting down when the heating was turned on. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with a killer view!!! My only thing here is that the walls are quite thin so if you are wanting to sleep in bring ear plugs.

Fabio is an amazing and helful host. The location is perfect if you want peace and chill-out time but the centre of Rome an easy 40 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, stylish and well appointed. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the lovely, large terrace. Everything you need is within a 15 minute stroll. This is great for a relaxed holiday with a chilled out vibe but with lots of options if you are feelung energetic.

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
