Steps from the beach, steps from the bars, steps from the best restaurants. What else could you ask for? This ground-floor apartment is super aesthetic, spacious, and had a private backyard area. I briefly considered moving in and forwarding my mail.

Karine’s directions were amazing. Condo was perfect for us. View from balcony and hot tub were great. She was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend. We did drive to Orient Beach as that was too far to walk for us but we knew that prior to booking.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay! Aurélie was very helpful, communicative, and responsive before and during our stay! Great location on the beach and beautiful surroundings!

We just got back from staying a week at Tibo‘s incredible home and had the most amazing time! Tibo and his father are such gracious hosts! Anything we needed from additional towels and toiletries to recommendations on where to eat they were just a text away and very responsive. The home is absolutely gorgeous! Literally steps away from the beach, you could not ask for a better location and the views are just stunning! We loved sitting outside, drinking coffee in the morning and watching the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. The home has such incredible views, pictures do not do it justice. We rented a car however everything was so close we only used it twice. Huge plus is this home has it’s own parking spot which is very rare. There are such fabulous restaurants within walking distance and the beach was so gorgeous we had no desire to visit any others, maybe next time. My husband said today we need to go back soon! We cannot wait to visit again and will definitely stay at Tibo‘s!

We had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay on the beach (and I mean literally, toes in the sand on the beach!!). It is so unique and special. The location is perfect for walking around to restaurants, there is free parking very close by and it's centrally located just a drive away to many of the best beaches, though I think the beach it is on is the best one. It is close to Orient Bay and Marigot, and only a 30 minute drive from the Dutch side if you decide to explore over there. The unit was spotless and well maintained, and it's perfect for a couple. We had just gotten engaged and it was the best way to spend our week of bliss! Tibo and Jean were incredibly helpful, responsive and accomodating, and provided many good recommendations for places nearby. We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to come back!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing. I highly recommended for anyone staying in Saint Martin. The view is breathtaking and they leave a lot of bath towels for you to use. There’s a beach very close by and it’s so cute. There’s some cats around the building that were so cute too renting a car is mustbut the Airbnb was well surrounded by restaurants and activities.

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

Prior to our arrival Marie had texted me with complete instructions for our arrival to the Nettle Bay Beach Club location. Marie took time in showing us around the 2 homes. Both homes were completely updated and very nicely furnished. Very clean, bright and airy. Modern appliances fully stocked kitchen cabinets with crockery and all. Marie was very thorough in also sharing local dining options and local vendors. Our family stayed here very comfortably here for 1 week. The Nettle Bay Beach Club is a clean and modern private (gated) community with private pools. A beautiful resort that is 15 minutes from SXM airport. Close to grocery and convenience stores. Thank you Marie so much for being such a wonderful host.

Christine's place was excellent. we've stayed in the compound before and really like the atmosphere and closeness to the beach. This unit is really nicely furnished and maintained, great access to the pool and breeze blowing in off the sea. thanks so much for making it such a wonderful vacation!

This house is great! Unbelievable beach. Walking distance to several restaurants! Close to several grocery stores/markets. We had Carey's Ultimate Care (recommended by Kelita) come in for massages in the back yard. Unbelievable. Highly recommend. Just phenomenal. We also used Chef Hodges and his staff for a private chef one night. Definitely would recommend! His food and his outstanding personality were a highlight of our trip. Dolce Vita, Sandbar, and Roy's next door were amazing. Go to Sunshine Shack in Rendezvous Bay. Best chicken I have ever eaten and beach view to die for. The bedrooms have AC. The upstairs kitchen area does not but with the doors open in the common areas, we had no issues. My biggest complaint is the kitchen. It is NOT well stocked at all. It needs attention with basics. Honestly it was hard to cook in this kitchen if that is what you are looking for. The pool was not what pics portrayed. But honestly we did not miss the pool!! Nadia was great!!

We enjoyed a great stay at Aurelie’s place! A beautiful apartment within a picturesque and colourful neighbourhood, we enjoyed bird watching from the large back patio, the nice private pool, and beach within a 5 min walk. The apartment was well equipped with all amenities and provided beach chairs coolers and umbrellas. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond, permitting us a late check-out on our final day for one last dip in the ocean. Would come again!

This house was beautiful and the view breathtaking! Danielle was very helpful with receiving our groceries before we arrived. We were greeted with a baguette, brie, and grapes that were amazing! She gave us great restaurant recommendations and things to do.

Rose is a great host, responsive, and always attentive , the apartment is just beautiful with a great view , long more beautiful in real life than in the photos ,super well placed if you go on both sides of the island , nearby shop on foot , it was a huge pleasure to stay and I will go back again and again

Our experience at Villa Ocean was truly fantastic. Melissa, Nina and Kevin were extremely proactive prior to our arrival, providing suggestions for activities and restaurants, as well as helping us navigate new travel requirements. They were also incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had during our stay, and generously made lunch reservations for us so we could make the most of our final hours on the island. Kevin was fantastic helping us find the villa in the dark upon our arrival, and provided a thorough overview of the villa and all its amenities. The villa itself is perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures, and proved to be a great size and set-up for our two families. We lived on the outdoor deck with the doors open to the interior - it was truly heaven. The view of the water and Pinel Island were a spectacular way to begin and end each day. We also made frequent use of the kayaks, making trips out to the sandbar and to Pinel Island. You will not regret booking it!

We loved our stay. Super nice and new house— kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable with great linens. Honestly we had no complaints. Gwen is responsive, informative and cheerful. We spent a lot of time at the beach near D’s beach bar and had lunch at D’s— the grilled fresh catch fish tacos were popular with us. We also had a chef one night who Gwen recommended—he was great. We had a car and drove all around the island. We hope we get to return to Villa Bonjour someday.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for a beautiful stay. This was my first time in St. Maarten and this property made me feel right at home. The ease of communication with the host and friendly greetings from Pet, were all things that made this feel like the right choice. Beautiful property just as described! You can’t go wrong with staying at this location. I’ll definitely be back!

Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

Chris’ villa was awesome. It was huge with more than enough room for your group. The living space was large and allowed us to congregate as a group, watch tv, play games etc. the property has direct access to a beach, and the location was wonderful. Chris was very responsive. He handled all of our reservations and helped us to get access to local services. He is an amazing host and goes above and beyond. We will definitely book this villa again.

We had a great stay the place has great views and easy walking distance for food. We will be back.

Left detailed instructions so I never really had to ask for anything. The description says not suitable for kids, however, we have a disciplined 4 year old and it was great for us. Host even left a few things to keep him busy. Loved the washer/dryer and vacuum cleaner. Would stay again, thanks so much!

Excellent location. Very clean. Felt safe, not in a sketchy area. Very walkable to beach, restaurants, and bars but would recommend renting a car to explore the island. The house sits on a very steep hill and would recommend a car for this alone - you don’t want to be walking up and down the hill several times a day, every day. Overall an excellent stay and would stay here again next time we’re on the island. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great week at Vincent’s place! Vincent and Elisa were so responsive and helpful when our arriving flight was cancelled. Once we arrived, Elisa was very easy to get in touch with and met us at the gate of the beach club to lead us to the loft. The loft was perfect for the 2 of us. Very quiet and right on the water! The place is exactly as pictured and the view is amazing! The kitchen is very well-equipped. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance. We ate at La Cigale, Mezza Luna, L’Express, and the restaurant at The Hommage resort. CadisMarket is convenient for basic groceries. The proximity to Marigot was so nice! Lots of great restaurants and shops there. We rented a car and were so glad we did! Convenient parking on site. There is so much to see on the island and it’s pretty easy to navigate. Pinel Island and Friar’s Bay were a highlight. We would definitely stay at Vincent’s place again! Thank you for everything!
