We had a great time ! Lovely place… very comfy bed and pillows !!! Steve’s flat has everything we needed for a very comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Broughty Ferry and around Dundee! Thank you so much!!

We enjoyed Carole's place. It was in a great location for us. The area looked and felt safe. The flat was a good size and well equipped. We would stay there again.

Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable , well equipped and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Although the cottage is by a road Fettercairn is very quiet and there was ample parking for 2 large cars. I imagine in summer it would be lovely to sit out in the garden. There was a lovely welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs, tea and coffee and treats for our two dogs. Hans was very good at communicating with us. The only disappointment was that the pub which people were raving about was shut….

Anne's place was fantastic. Very comfortable with excellent facilities - everything you could need for a stay. Plenty space for your own belongings too. Anne was always very friendly and more than happy to help. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

We had a fantastic stay at Oakbank. It is a gorgeous flat, well equipped and very comfortable. Diane was a great host and on hand to help when needed. We would recommend this property to everybody and we were very pleased with our stay.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Excellent communication from the hosts and the place was very clean. We had our baby with us and the temperature outside was very cold and due to it being an older property the bedroom felt a bit chilly in the early hours of the morning. This was fine with the cosy duvet however it was a bit cold for the baby, the hosts were very accommodating in putting the heating back on for him which was much appreciated. The only very slight negative was there was a smell of possibly wet dog as you entered the air bnb however I know this sometimes can’t be helped with the wet weather and it being dog friendly accommodation. All in all a good stay and will return again

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Casa Fresa. The place was very clean and had modern furnishings. The heating runs on a boost where you have to press a button but it was warm and comfortable. I needed to clarify a few things and the response from the agent was very quick. I would definately stay here again.

A very lovey, cosy and clean flat. I would highly recommend staying here! The flat was as described and was exactly like the pictures. Very convenient location and good parking. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!

Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

Pauline was such a helpful host always really responsive within a really quick time frame. Her place was absolutely spotless and really well equipped with all the amenities you would need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host responded really quickly to any queries. The kitchen was quite well equipped. My only issue was there was only one shelf in the oven, making it tricky to cook a roast for 4 of us. And also there was only room for 4 to sit in the living room. Another easy chair or sofa would have made it much more relaxed. Overall, though, everything was great!

Had a fantastic stay over New Year. Lovely house, had everything we needed for an extended family stay. The house was spacious, comfortable and warm. Amanda was quick to respond to messages and was always friendly and informative.

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house with friends. The house is spacious and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for 10 people to sleep and live comfortably. We enjoyed lighting the log burner and using the sauna on cold days. There is lots to do locally. We enjoyed trips up to Glenshee where we were lucky enough to have snow and the children had a great time sledging, we did a tour of a whiskey distillery and chocolate tasting and lots of lovely walks. We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel at the end of the road which is only a couple of minutes walk. Sam is a great host. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore the Highlands.

We stayed in Rose Cottage which is a lovely high end cottage with everything you could possibly need. We met Andrew the owner on day 2. He was friendly and smiling with a wealth of stories to tell about Drumfork Estate. The staff we met were also helpful and friendly. The hot tub was fantastic and cleaned for us first thing every morning. Although Rose Cottage was absolutely fine it didn’t have the wide open countryside views like some others. Worth asking before you book. Dog walks were great and all the pets we met were well behaved and on leads. Great for days out to Pitlochry, Perth, Stonehaven, Glamis Castle and the Lochs. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Umer’s apartment. It’s clean, spacious, and the location is great. The place was clean and smelled fantastic when I got there and there were clear instructions provided on how to gain access to the property. The big TV was great to watch stuff on. Overall, I would love to stay here again if I come to Dundee to visit and would 100% recommend. Thanks!

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. We drove and the location was quite close to the city center, shops, and free parking was easily accessible on the street. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. Our host Asif was super responsive to questions.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Samantha’s flat, which is a hidden gem centrally situated in the town. So many places to see, access lovely walks, eat & drink, and shop are within easy walking distance. The flat itself was bright, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and so comfortable it was a pleasure to return every day. It has everything to make it feel like home from home, and there are lots of little extras included, like kitchen & breakfast essentials, bathroom toiletries and even a water filter which I really appreciated. Samantha’s communication was excellent, and although I didn’t need to make any additional contact as everything was more than satisfactory, it was good to know she was always available if needed. Would readily this recommend accommodation to anyone having a stay in Arbroath & would love to return!
