Absolutely loved staying in this house and can’t wait to book again house is more spacious than it looks spotless clean and comfy beds very very peaceful and relaxing views are amazing.

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

Lovely stay, keen to return. Brian & Matt were very welcoming to us all (including dog), and the property exceeded our expectations. Lovely grounds, very comfortable accommodation, and a bonus with the hot tubs and being so dog friendly.

What a fab place. Very easy to walk into Carnoustie, either along the beach or via the flat path into town. The house was very clean and tidy. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and watch the sea from the large windows. Highly recommend.

Loverly cottage which was spotlessly clean. The location is great location, and has great views over the sea. The cottage had everything we needed including its own parking spot. Jessica the host, sent us clear instructions for the check-in - check out, and everything else we needed during our stay. Would highly recommended.

Apartment was brilliant, really good location for shops, bars, restaurants and beach.

A cosy and very comfortable flat in a great position in Broughty Ferry. On a quiet street with the river a short stroll out of the front door and the town equally at hand in the opposite direction. Gemma was friendly, helpful and communicative and had installed a Christmas tree and some decorations over the festive period which was very thoughtful. This listing is one of the best I've found in the area.

The cottage was so homely and had everything we needed. The view of the castle and the sea was stunning. The host, Steve popped over to say hello and check if we were happy with everything which was a lovely touch. The kids loved being so close to Broughty Ferry beach and Park which is just a five minute walk from the cottage. Having a pub with great food next door was handy too but the cottage had everything you needed to have a cosy night in and cook. We can't wait to go again next year.

The house is incredible with great views of the water and a short walk from a sand beach and the nearby castle. The interior design of the house is really cool and unique and made for a very fun stay. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There are plenty of dining options in the area including a fantastic little place called Bowman’s coffee house which makes a great breakfast and Sol y Sombra which was a unique tapas bar with incredible food. The house is also a short drive from St. Andrews which was a perk. I would highly recommend this place for a fun and unique stay!

loved staying in this house and especially enjoyed the garden and immediate access to the sea. sunrise and sunset views were beautiful and calming. with everything I needed on the ground floor i didn't need to use the upstairs- the stairs were extremely steep and the only downside to the kitchen was how narrow it was - not wheelchair accessible (as I did have my mum visit on day). overall the place was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable, shower good and I had a great stay.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic position. Very comfortable and nice and warm when we arrived. Beds were comfy and bathrooms spotless. Hardly any noise especially considering it was close to two pubs and we were there the weekend everyone finished work for their Christmas break. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Luxurious apartment. Felt like staying in at night because we were just so comfortable here! Location was spot on. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. No hesitations.

We enjoyed our stay at John's apartment. It's in a great location within very easy walking distance of the Broughty Ferry shops, cafes and restaurants, and even closer to the riverfront. The apartment itself was comfortable, warm and well equipped. We stayed between Christmas and New Year, and John had put up Christmas decorations, which was a lovely touch and not something we've had with other rentals!

Absolutely pristine and well appointed apartment in Broughty Ferry, just a short drive outside Dundee. The location is central to the town, which has lots of nice independent coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment itself has everything you could need, with two good sized double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming up to Dundee.
