Monthly Rentals in Anastasi II

The house is located on a land where there are also other inhabited and abandoned villas. The area is very quiet and away from the center of Capo Rizzuto. A supermarket is available downtown within a few minute's drive. The apartment consists of the ground floor and an attached terrace/garden. You can park your car inside the gate to make loading and unloading even easier. The interiors have been recently renovated and are equipped with everything you need. Ideal for stays with children. The outdoor shower is very helpful. The descent to the sea can be reached within walking distance, but the ladders can be difficult for small children, which is best for them to be carried in their arms. The beach is worth the entire shopping: clean sand, the sea is always clear and protected from the waves by two bangiflutts. Our kids spent entire days in the water and had so much fun. Awesome host.

We are a family of five and stayed in this wonderful cottage for 6 days in October. The time there was perfect for us and I am happy to recommend this place. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. There is no Wi-Fi and we didn't miss it either. The beach can be reached via the private stairs in 2 minutes and is extremely beautiful. Marcella is a brilliant host. All went absolutely impeccable. We will hopefully come back soon!

Since we arrived by train, Maria picked us up at the train station. In the house, a delicious, homemade small evening meal of regional cuisine awaited us. The next day she showed us the place and surroundings and gave us some restaurant and shopping tips that were very welcome - in the low season. Maria was available and helpful with all questions at short notice. We felt incredibly comfortable in the simple and tastefully decorated house where nothing was missing that we needed. The tranquility, the nearby beach and of course the phenomenal roof terrace are fantastic. Pure relaxation.

Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.
