The apartment is very well located for those who like to dance, as it is a few meters from the Apoena Cultural Space. It's a busy street, which can be good for security but sometimes it can be a bit noisy. Nothing that hinders the experience of the stay. It is in a central region of Belém, it would come back for sure.

the apartment as described in the photos, cozy, equipped as needed, clean and smelling, was a great accommodation, the Host very welcoming and kind.

The space is cozy, has air conditioning in both bedrooms, it is equipped with what is necessary to be in a house. if there is something that was missed, it was a hair dryer, if it had, it would be better than a 5-star hotel. Thanks guys!

We really like Karina's apartment. Well located, we could do several things on foot. The apartment is large, well furnished and equipped. Comfortable Camas. Karina is a thoughtful host who resolves the setbacks quickly and who has still given us several tips about Belém. We would stay there again, without a doubt.

Very interesting the experience of living ( we stayed 9 days) in a high standard apartment of the 50-60s, with amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV channels paid, air-conditioning. The view of the neighborhood and the avenue Nazaré, with the bay of the guajará in the distance is also a feature that I liked the place. The tenant is available and kind. We will definitely return !

Luciano was so responsive and helpful! He helped to help arrange to have our clothes laundered. Our stay was almost two weeks and it was a perfect place to call home. Walkable - with a large grocery store directly across and a market across the street. The view Of the city was breathtaking and a beautiful sight to wake up to. It was wonderful to have a pool on site during a hot Belém day! Would definitely return- and recommend!!

The place is well worth it. It's a great value. Nearby there are shops, super market, bakery and other facilities that may be useful to those who will spend an extended period. The place is nice and well organized and the host is a charismatic and kind person. I recommend it!

Fantastic stay. A 7 min walk to a very nice grocery market. Great restaurants nearby. The accommodation was spotless and looked exactly as pictured. Ruy was very responsive and helpful.
