Marcelo was excellent and made us feel right at home from even before our arrival. The neighborhood in Atalaia is growing so the street is not available on the map, however it was pretty straightforward locating with Marcelo's help. If you're super high maintenance, this might not be the property for you. For us, it was the simple and peaceful oasis that we were searching for. The beaches in the area are to die for.

A very well modernized and well-maintained old beach house in one of the best locations on the atalaia beach; perfect for going with friends or family to spend the day near the sea enjoying the breeze or partying; excellent safety and disposition of the housekeepers, who always keep the house clean, helpful to the most diverse services and information, in addition to being very discreet. An experience that is totally consistent with the value of the daily rate, I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very good, and it managed to settle us well. The only point you could put is that the bottom room is not very accessible, because as it is closed, the smell is a bit strong of mold

Excellent stay! Very cozy and comfortable property, we feel absolutely at home. Easy location and super quiet neighborhood. Super well-equipped, full kitchen, large, well-divided interior space, and super safe. In addition, our Anfrião Rodrigo, super attentive and knew how to instruct us perfectly in every situation. I highly recommend it.
