Maya and Stefan were very helpful and responsive. The house is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped (there is even a Nespresso machine). Wi-Fi was quick and reliable. The area feels safe. Definitely recommended.

I booked an apartment, while my colleague booked another apartment at LaPlage. The location is in a calm alley, making it a great place to stay and work if you want to visit Mataram and learn about the local culture and their internet is super fast. The apartment is clean and looks new, and the facilities, such as the kitchen set with an oven and stove, were very helpful since we stayed for a week. The host is very responsive and never kept us waiting long for a reply. The apartment is safe and protected by a large gate, and the housekeeper is available to assist us with any questions we have. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mataram. I would give it a 500% recommendation to stay at LaPlage!
