Monthly Rentals in Amden

My husband and I were super happy with the place. Great location with views of the great mountains. Breakfast on the terrace with mountain views. Starting point for great hikes. Nice uncomplicated hosts. And the apartment is great. We would definitely go back.

Brigitta was accessible and always very helpful. The Michou was very clean and superbly equipped with everything. The view of the Glarus Alps was simply great. Unfortunately, the walking paths for us with a dog were not suitable directly from the chalet, as it only went up and down, but the Michou was simply cozy. Thank you very much Brigitta.

I stayed in Avril's Studio for the month of February whilst waiting for long term accomodation, and it has been such an incredibly lovely month. Avril and Rudolf were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind and the studio itself was perfectly suited for me and my partner, having everything I needed to live comfortably. It's nice and private yet if I needed any advice, Avril was just upstairs. The studio is only a short walk to both the bus stop, the village center and the lake, and the location is very quiet and extremely picturesque. Absolutely unforgettable stay! This place has one of the most beautiful balcony and bedroom views in all of Switzerland, honestly, probably in the world. Waking up to that scenery felt like a dream. The drive to get there was equally stunning, easily one of the most scenic routes I’ve ever taken. The balcony is a gem not only perfect for relaxing, but also equipped with a great grill, which made for an amazing dinner spot with a view we’ll never forget. Peter was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, making everything smooth and welcoming. Whenever I’m within 100 km of this place, I know exactly where I’ll be staying for the night.
