Vacation rentals with a pool in Alpine County

Amazing stay. Extremely cozy vibe. So great looking out the large windows at the snowy trees. The hot tub and pool are really hard to beat and super unique features. As soon as we got there we were saying "we need to come back here again." Overall the wood interior and location of all the amenities make a super cohesive and social atmosphere for a group of guests. The host was also super responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Families! I can’t recommend Katia’s place enough! Our family of four (two adults, two kids) had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. The layout is ideal for two families, with plenty of space and bathrooms to ensure comfort for everyone. A bonus TV in the downstairs game room was great—kids could watch their shows while we relaxed upstairs. The Xbox with a solid game collection (we had fun playing FIFA!) was a huge hit. They also have a classical guitar in great shape, which was fun to play. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook fresh meals, and there’s ample storage for coolers and bags, making organization effortless. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and flexible, even allowing us to check in early when the kids needed rest. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We’re regulars at Bear Valley, and staying in the condos is the ultimate way to spend the weekend skiing—parking and loading are super easy, and it’s close to the general store, restaurant, and all the village amenities. Our family had such a wonderful time at Nicole’s cozy condo. Checking in and out was a breeze. The place is small, but it’s really well laid out with lots of distinct zones, so we never felt cramped. The kitchen has everything you need for quick meals, and the bar/table is perfect for hanging out. We enjoyed having beers, listening to music (definitely bring a small speaker!), and cooking together. The kids loved the bunk beds. It does get quite dark in there, so consider bringing an extra nightlight if your kids are sensitive to that. Overall, Nicole’s place was just what we needed for our Bear Valley ski trips. We can’t wait to come back again!

For anyone exploring Bear Valley for the first time, or for perennial skiiers/boarders looking for a comfy landing for a group, this Airbnb has pretty much what you need for what's most important -- great location, solid amenities, space, proximity, and ease of in/out. I'd also add pretty solid wifi (which is nothing to underestimate in the area). Ana was extremely friendly, proactive and understanding and helped make adjustments needed for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 5/7/9yos). We had a great long weekend and would highly recommend this as a family friendly option in the area. Extra bonus for the screens, flexible sleeping arrangements (loft, bunkbeds, pullout couch) and plenty of extras to make our stay comfy.

My family and I felt extremely comfortable in Michael’s home. His home was immaculate and free from any sort of clutter. If you are like me, cleanliness is a priority when searching for an Airbnb. The kitchen was very well stocked with an abundance of plate ware, utensils and cookware. The beds were very comfortable; we slept great. We loved the Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom had their own vanity and then shared the shower and toilet. Michael was an exceptional, conscientious host. He wanted to make sure we had what we needed throughout our time there, which we appreciated. We ski’d Sierra-at-Tahoe and the proximity to the hill and home was about 30 min. It was perfect for us. We would without hesitation recommend Michael’s place to anyone and look forward to staying there again in the near future.
