Monthly Rentals in Allen View

This is a great place for solo traveler. Zachary is a really nice host. The place is exactly as described and in the pictures. It is very close to bus stop and holetown beach. Grocery shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Barbados next time!

Lawrence was a superb host and extremely responsive at all times of the day and night! Little touches like leaving milk ( there was a shortage on the island) and a small bottle of rum made all the difference after a long flight. The apartment was tastefully furnished and comfortable with lovely linen and towels for the beach. A fully equipped kitchen lacked for nothing. I would most definitely recommend staying here in such a perfect location close to the beach and shops. It made for a very relaxing stay.

Their home was exactly as shown in the pictures—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Before I even arrived in Barbados, Lana helped me reserve a car and provided invaluable recommendations for my trip. During my stay, they were attentive and thoughtful—when I wasn’t feeling well, they checked in on me and even offered remedies. What truly stood out was how welcoming they made me feel. They invited me to a gathering with their friends and family, which was such a kind gesture. At the same time, I had all the privacy I could ask for in their cozy studio. Lana and Brian are fantastic hosts, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again. Highly recommend!”

I always love staying at Moderno. The place was cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the apartment is beautiful with a beautiful mirror for pictures. The owner was very communicative and responsive about any minor complaints that came up during the stay. Thank you again!
