A very nice country casita! We were celebrating a birthday and in principle we were going to do a theme but the truth is that there was no need with how beautiful and cozy the house is! Clean despite being a cottage, that is, there can always be extra dust but that is not the case. It is in the middle of the plaza, next to the bell tower and with a bar on the corner. Cristina is very charming and her partner too. They were waiting for us on arrival, they told us a little about the house, they showed it to us, they gave us recommendations of nearby parties... very friendly! Keep in mind that Fuente el Saúz is 168 inhabitants, so it is a small and cozy little town. Whatever you need it is better to bring it although a few kilometers away there is where to buy. We were 12 and the bad that being all couples except two people, as it took us a little to agree on how to sleep since the rooms are married plus some individual or several singles... but it is the least of the problems! The house is excellent!

My stay at this home was exceptional. From the start, communication with the host was quick and efficient, which made the check-in process very easy. We were a group of 10 including 2 dogs, and we all felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, clean and well maintained. The decor was rural and cozy which made us feel at home right away. The house had a suitable space for our dogs, which was a great relief for us.

Beautiful country style home in a property with several rural cottages. It sits in the countryside, slightly isolated from the village, in a peaceful place where the only noises you hear will be the birdsong. It has two levels with one bedroom one bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms with two beds upstairs. There is also a terrace overlooking a very large green lawn and a beautiful swimming pool (to share with another house). Berta and Isabel were very friendly throughout our stay. In short, even though there is obviously WiFi, this place is perfect for disconnecting a few days a few kilometers from Salamanca 👍

Everything with great pleasure and full of details. The jacuzzi gives the stay a relaxing touch. Perfect to disconnect.

Quiet and comfortable accommodation

Andres and Estefania were very good hosts, upon arrival they welcomed us beautifully and gave us some welcome details, some cider and wine from the area, :-). The house is great, very cozy. Everything is clean and organized, they have everything in that kitchen, very well equipped. The backyard is wonderful. We had two very good barbecues there. We hope to repeat the other day. The house is very close to Zamora, and in 15 minutes you are downtown. The village is fine, it is quiet, and there is a winery, bakery and a super. Very quiet. Ideal for a weekend or more days.

Cándido and Mila have been great hosts. They took care of everything with details that made you feel right at home. Mila even made us a welcome cake. Everything is very tidy and clean. Spacious. Perfect for coming with friends or family. We'll be back for sure!!

Great experience on the weekend of August bringing 3 families together! Very nice rustic house and very well set up. 99% satisfaction. Some maintenance failure without importance, but usually everything is excellent! All in all, thank you so much for everything and we will repeat for sure!

A perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Luis is very cozy and pending. Cozy house with history in a quiet village a few minutes from Zamora. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need. The wood-burning oven is a blast! To repeat!

Rosa's house is great to spend a few days disconnected. A magical place in the province of Ávila, with great views for a coffee or beer on the terrace in the company of the many birds there. In summer it has a swimming pool big enough to cool off and play with the kids. We were 2 couples with 2 babies and there was everything for all 6 of us to have enough space. In addition to the house being clean and had everything, Rosa was attentive to any needs we could have. We'll be back.
