A cozy place, in a quiet area. The house was spotless and Pablo was very attentive and flexible for entry and exit.

We were very comfortable in the apartment, it had everything we needed to spend our stay. Thank Margarita for her attention and the detail to accommodate our arrival schedule. We would like to repeat for sure.

This Studio is bigger than what it seems in the pictures. Very tastefully decorated with high quality linen and all other consumables. A lot of thought has gone into this place - like having multiple charging points at convenient locations, using of very soothing room fresheners. The bathroom is spacious & much bigger than what studio apartments usually have. The hostess was extremely helpful and gracious, even though we delayed our confirmed arrival time. She met us at the Car Park and walked us to the Studio which we highly appreciate. Due to the central location, every place is within 10 minutes walking. Only issue is - again as it is so central, there is a lot of street noise of tourists walking by, that does come up. Overall gem of a place.

Alex was attentive and attentive at all times from when I booked until we left. The apartment is just as described and was very clean. The area is pedestrian and very central and bustling so it was a good idea to take the parking option to forget about the car on the days we were in Salamanca.

A fantastic accommodation, the house is not new but it is renovated, the main room is very spacious with plenty of storage space, despite being on a busy avenue there is no noise, Berna is very friendly and very decisive. And well, as negative points, the sofa is quite uncomfortable and the shower tray is somewhat damaged.

Highly recommended, especially for the attention received by guests: there can always be problems, and in my case, there were. But the effort to resolve it as soon as possible and the diligence shown has been insurmountable. Thank you for everything.

Great location, views and a nice modern penthouse. We would like to come back. No need for car.
