Monthly Rentals in Alcúdia bay

We had a pleaent stay and overall great value. The pictures are very accurate. The outside seating is towards the street but it was quite and comfortable. At night the house can seem a bit cold due to the bright white installed LED lights but as soon as the sun shines it's just as imagined. Everything was spotless and very clean. The welcome package with a few groceries with the heartwarming welcome was a great start.

Everything was great, plenty of space, so our 3 generations trip was very relaxed. In the kitchen there was everything and the small shop around the corner really well stocked with everything you need. The only criticism we have is the couch in the living room. It does not invite you to sit comfortably, we did not have quite as nice weather and would have liked to sit together by the fireplace. I would really replace this. Otherwise, the service was great, we still needed a few blankets and received them immediately and also had a nice conversation.

We had a very nice four weeks as a family in the apartment. The direct beach location was especially nice for the children, who could get to the water quickly and easily. Or they played in the large garden. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Everything worked and we felt comfortable quickly. I highly recommend a vacation and especially a longer stay with children.

We stayed in the well-equipped house for the second time at the end of March. Please note that right next door and opposite is currently under construction, it did not bother us, because we stayed little on the terrace due to the weather. The terrace is now greener than last year and in the photos, we liked sitting there. Communication with Pedro was always excellent and fast. Colònia de Sant Pere is a great quiet place with good gastronomy.
