We had a wonderful stay at this home in Abu Dhabi. The location was excellent, just a 20-minute walk to Yas Mall Seaworld and Ferrari World, making it perfect for exploring the area. The home was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that added to the experience. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

Mufassir is very friendly, nice and caring host. Since my family was staying at his airbnb , he helped them to get around with taxi to airport and showed them supermarket and restaurants. Thanks again for him for being such a good host! The stay was pleasant, recommend!

The apartment was just like the pictures! It was beautifully decorated and spotless. The balcony was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. This apartment is conveniently located on Yas Island, just a 5-minute cab ride away from the parks and the mall. But the best part of the booking was interacting with Nir, super friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend this place.

He gave me great information from the start of my stay just like what is written on his listing are all accurate. I am very lucky to stay at his apartment. He is very accommodating from the very beginning until the end of my checked out. You won’t regret staying at his homey and cozy apartment. Everything was as described. Our host,Ahmed provide us with all information needed for self checkin. It was super easy and convenient. Apartment is very clean and provide a lot of space and amenities. If we visit AbuDhabi again,this will be first place to look for accomodation.

We stayed for 6 night, everything was GREAT! We stayed for six nights, and it was amazing! The flat was spotless, with a gleaming kitchen that looked just like the photos – wow! It had everything we needed for cooking, including a dishwasher. While the hot water occasionally ran out, it wasn’t a big issue. The host was super responsive, and we could even request free cleaning during our stay – a lovely touch! Special thanks to Sameera for taking such great care of the place. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk to a beautiful beach. Sadiyaat Island and the Louvre are a short 20-minute taxi ride away, and everything we needed – shops, supermarkets, and a mall – was within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for families looking to relax at the beach and explore Sadiyaat Island or the city center. We’d definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The villa is a beautiful, clean and well-maintained property with the safety of being in a gated community. Ideal location for proximity to tourist attractions as well as being very peaceful. Myself and my family really enjoyed this stay and the convenience of having a park nearby, my child loved it. The hosts were very prompt and helpful with their responses. Benjamins house is great for anyone visiting the Yas Island. Very close to the Yas mall and all the parks. Beautifully maintained house and a great experience overall.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Shadan and his wife were extremely helpful and responsive hosts. We stayed there for two nights and were quite satisfied with all the amenities. The room does lack a window/ventilation but the air conditioning makes up for it. Would recommend it to solo or couples would want to stay in a well connected and walkable location.
