This is definitely one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in. From check-in to amenities, everything was spotless. The host contacted in advance and sent all instructions in advance. He was responsive throughout our stay and guided us whenever we needed help. It is located 30 minutes from the city centre. Lots of beaches in and around the place, makes for a perfect place to chill and lose yourself in the midst of nature. The property was super clean and has everything in it for you get started, imagine this to be your home while in Antalya. Migros (Supermarket) is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and Lara beach is a 10 minute walk, you cannot ask for more.

Great, quiet place to stay. Slight issues: toilet seat was broken/disassembled and water periodically didnt work. otherwise, loved it

Have you ever come on holiday and felt at home? We were very lucky to feel it, renting these apartments. The location is perfect: quiet for rest after an active day and close to a highway interchange, shopping centers, exchange offices, shops. The responsiveness of the owners is at a very high level! No matter what time of day you turn to them with a question or request, they will always help with both advice and action. It is so valuable when you do not think about problems in a foreign country, but fully enjoy your vacation. Clean linen, new modern furniture, a terrace (this is a separate love in general) and in general these apartments have their own very soulful atmosphere. Entrance to the house is by code (intercom), which means that the entrance is closed to strangers. Believe me, safety is also important for a tourist. You can still say many warm and pleasant compliments to Ilyas and Alena, but it is better to come and enjoy your vacation. It will be unforgettable here!

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Excellent apartments with a fantastic view of the marina. We had a great time celebrating New Year’s with the whole family here and spent a few days exploring the historic part of Antalya. The apartment is super comfortable, with a wonderful kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Special thanks to our host, Mehtap, for her quick response to all our requests. This place is definitely going on our favorites list, and we look forward to visiting again.

We really liked this apartment, the first floor was not a problem as the trees block the windows from the street. The location is good, very close to the sea, Starbucks and a store nearby. The apartment is clean, cozy, we regretted that we stayed only for one week.
