Waterfront vacation rentals in Antalya

Our family spent 3 weeks in the apartment! We definitely liked the apartment itself (renovation is fresh, good furniture, many wardrobes, big bathroom, etc). We also liked complex Konak Terrace and territory: really big Swimmingpool, good playground, a lot of space for kids to run and play 👌 I did kurs of massage in Spa and it was perfect!!! Family beach is 9 min by foot and this is the best beach in the surroundings: cozy and the have good menu! Sun-beds -for free. Also it is possible to go to the beach exactly in front of Konak Terrace (3 min) and not to take sunbeds but just swim! In the Complex were living nice and friendly people, my daughter had several friends (girls 4-5 years). The Fisch restaurant in front of -is one of the best!! We also liked Pizza place that is in the same building!

Large apartment for a large family, the stay was comfortable. There is a microwave, a blender - you can cook and heat food for the child yourself since in Turkey with baby food is not very good, there are no canned meat at all, maximum vegetable and fruit purees. Shok store is right in the house on the 1st floor, Bim is in the next one. You don't need to run far for bread and milk) The apartment has an amazing size balcony overlooking the mountains - it's very nice to sit there with coffee and admire the views, you can also walk with a child if the weather is bad) There are two playgrounds nearby, one in five , the other within a 10-minute walk. We went there for a walk ,and work out on simulators , and play table tennis, for the benefit of the apartment there are cozy little things like table tennis rackets, a beach umbrella,for which we thank you! The internet was fast ! The sea is within a 15-minute walk. In Mahmutlar, a lot of people speak Russian, including the bazaar, so there is practically no language barrier. Recommended.

We had a smooth holiday with my family, everything was very good, thank you very much to Mr. Murat, the location is beautiful, the house is nice, clean, we felt at home. The host was very polite, a gentleman, who wanted to stay, you can stay here without hesitation. You will not regret it. We are planning to come back here with my family.

I really liked the apartment. It was very cozy and clean. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay, washing machine, kitchenette, air conditioning, TV. I really liked the large terrace, you can have breakfast on it in the morning hours. The location of the building itself was very convenient too. Everything is very close and the street is quiet. For one or two people, a very economical and comfortable accommodation. I also really liked the hosts, they were understanding and tried to help with everything.

Very good host, very flexible checkin, checkout, if we had a question, he immediately anwered!

Great accommodation and lovely views from the balcony. highly recommend to all. It's located in a very peaceful area, although no restaurants nearby so a vehicle is recommended. Facility is new and the check-in staff was very extremely friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work and look forward to staying with you int the future.

Beautiful villa. Location stunning

We had an amazing stay at Saime's place for a week of winter sunshine. The villa was perfect, super comfortable and peaceful and we felt right at home. Saime and her grandfather were the kindest, most attentive hosts and made us feel really welcome. Walking distance from the town centre and even though it was off season there was plenty to see and do. Highly recommend!

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much for everything, we are very satisfied with everything.

Wonderful place, very nice views. Lots of restaurants close by, Migros and Macro shops, Johnny's Cafe Bar around the corner. Great apartment, as described and photographed, everything is working. A luxurious second floor with a large balcony with a good view, very comfortable living room, kitchen, balcony on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. Great pool a few steps from the room, have a nice time on the pool. A responsive host, met me, saw me off, showed me everything, recommended shops and restaurants. I need a car or taxi. You can walk to the beach in Kalkan, 10-15 minutes, back will be hard uphill due to the drop of heights, there is nowhere to leave a car by the beach. Beautiful beaches of Kaputas 10 minutes drive, Patara 25 minutes drive. Entrance to Patara is 15 euros per person, gives the right to visit 10 times within 10 days.

Hülya and Freddy are amazing hosts. We arrived after 1am because of a late flight, but Hülya waited for us anyway. She gave us recommendations for bars, restaurants and shops, and was always kind, helpful, responsive and proactive (she also got us a cake for Christmas day!). The house has a typical architecture, it is on 3 levels and it is spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts also left some snacks for us. The ground floor and the 3 bedrooms all have heating / air conditioning units and, while we were there (a very rainy December) it was easy to keep it warm. I imagine keeping it cool in the summer is equally easy. The location is in the old town (Kaleiçi), with bars, restaurants and shops within 5min walk. Definitely recommended, if we go back to Antalya we will definitely stay there again.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

The location of the house is very good, everything is as seen in the photos. It has a great sea view. The host was available to communicate and help with anything. There are all the facilities you will need at home, it has been a very pleasant stay for me, I would like to choose it again.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

It‘s a great apartment and a great host! The view was amazing, especially for sunrise. It’s perfect to have walks by the beach and to relax. I felt like at home and would definitely stay here again when I visit Antalya. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Very nice apartment with a very nice view. Easy check-in without any problems. Stella was very welcoming and helpful. In addition, a lovely pool area.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Demet's place. He's been an incredible host. Always ready to help, gave advice, helped with practical information, and responds quickly to messages. The place was nice, the view amazing and we enjoyed the pool. A small minus was the noise from the road that we hadn't thought of would be so loud. But, the view, the beach, and everything else outweighed it. An improvement we would suggest will be blackout curtains in the living room as now the home has a sofa bed in the living room. We would worth a time to recommend a stay with Demet.

We enjoyed our stay at the duplex. The place is located near many restaurants, markets and beaches within walking distance. The accommodation was very spacious, very comfortable. It had necessary things, like kitchen ware, bath towels , bed sheets, soap. Gokhan was very helpful answering any questions we had at any time.
