Monthly Rentals in Agios Nektarios

Lovely historical house with nice vibes. We enjoyed spending a few days just enjoying a lazy morning at the house. It’s in a great location to explore from too.

I stayed at Ileana's with my sister for a quiet birthday weekend in December. The place was perfect - fresh oranges from the trees outside, delicious Christmas cookies waiting for us, and an easy walk to the boat to Poros. We had a lovely time relaxing in the house, doing a bit of laundry and walking around Galatas and Poros where we found more delicious food than we had time to eat!

This is the second time we have been welcomed in this heavenly home and we hope to come back again. The three bedrooms are extremely quiet and bright and the living room is peaceful and nicely decorated. But nothing beats the large terrace and its breathtaking view, every morning restarted. We did not rent a car and went every day to the beach on foot (2 minutes to Askéli beach down a large flight of steps), 5 minutes to Kavali, 15 minutes to Neorio). The city center is a 15-20 minute walk and along the sea and the port to get there is an enchantment. There is a good bakery and a well-stocked supermarket 7-8 minutes from the house. We thank Zia and Michalis again for their kindness and availability!

Great location, almost dreamy . With quiet, privacy and a picture of the sea that stays in your mind. Spotless beach you want to stay for endless hours. A heavenly home with all the modern comforts. And the owner has a unique way to feel at home with a lot of information about the island.
