Perfect little cottage for our short notice stay. Lovely garden space and very quiet which is what we were looking for. Short walk to a lovely pub/restaurant and a shop with all you need. Great base for trips into Newquay and Aberaeron .

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve to escape the fireworks for the dogs, and this place didn’t disappoint! It was lovely and quiet, exactly what we needed. The dogs loved the garden and we enjoyed looking up at the stars on New Year’s Eve. The hosts were very helpful and gave lovely recommendations. Overall very lovely experience and great value for money.

I had a really great stay and Lin’s Place. So quiet and in such a beautiful place. The apartment is decorated in a really creative way and feels comfortable and cosy as well as artistic, which was perfect for my creative retreat. Lin and her son were really helpful hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. Would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed over Christmas and had the perfect week away. The cottage is tucked away at the bottom of a beautiful valley which was gorgeous even in Winter. We were delighted with how cosy the cottage was when we arrived - it was spotless, warm and decorated for Christmas. There were so many little touches that made us and our dog Teddy, feel very welcome. The cottage was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Amanda went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed and was on hand if we needed anything. We loved it exploring the meadow and Teddy especially enjoyed the river. We also had several lovely beach trips. Thanks Amanda for making us feel so welcome.
