I stayed here whilst having some work done at my home, it was a very welcome retreat in the evenings as the apartment is furnished with everything needed and was in a very peaceful location. As I live quite local anyway I was familiar with area which I can highly recommend, Liz was always friendly when passing, taking an interest in how the work at my home was progressing. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cosy, well priced , peaceful place to stay.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing week away and we certainly got that from Lesley's Bear Barn. Beautiful barn, lovely surrounding countryside with a good selection of local eateries. Lesley was very welcoming and we would highly recommend it.

A Peaceful Retreat Surrounded by Nature Our stay at this beautiful log cabin was absolutely unforgettable. Nestled on a private farm, the cabin is surrounded by serene woodlands and a stunning lake, making it the perfect getaway for nature lovers. The cabin itself is cozy and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home while still maintaining that rustic charm. The highlight of our stay was definitely exploring the surrounding nature — we saw an abundance of wildlife, including many types of bird and even a herd of deer running through the woods on more than one occasion! We were lucky enough to meet some lambs that were just a few hours old and give Boycie the Pig a good head scratch which he loved! I would recommend this Air B&B to anyone that is looking to switch off from the outside world for a few days and just enjoy nature. Naomi & Mark were the most perfect & friendly hosts you could ask for! Thankyou for your hospitality & we hope to return soon!
