Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in 1st arrondissement

The accommodation is very close to the train station, it is not on the road side, so it is very quiet, and the host is concerned about your arrival and very available if you have any questions. The bedding is comfortable. Only small clarification that can be important for some people, the elevator was broken, you have to be able to go up the floors.

Impeccably clean apartment, super functional for a couple with children or others and super well located in Lyon. Don't hesitate!

Spacious two-room apartment, very functional, and in a good location. And with a very nice terrace for sunny days! (The Ondo Vernin bakery is a two-minute walk away and is great!) ps: a small coffee-maker (which could also be used as a teapot) would be a plus ;-)

Had a great time at Julien's place. Thank you again for hosting us. The apartment is very functional. The stay is pleasant despite the indirect light. All amenities are available (Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...). I only used the wifi. We hear the noise from the hallway but there is little passage so personally it was not disturbing. The apartment is very well located near shops and especially near the Parc de la Tête d 'Or. So overall a really nice time.

Myriam's accommodation is absolutely amazing, which is moreover, relatively rare in town. 15 people can easily sleep in this huge house! Myriam was attentive and super accommodating. We felt super good in this house, nicely decorated. The many bathrooms and toilets are super convenient! In short, it was great for these 3 days during a convention with 15 colleagues. 🌞

We had a great time at Agnès's place. The listing is as described. We even found it more beautiful than in the pictures. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Agnès is a welcoming and friendly host who is easy to talk to. Agnès was very flexible with our arrival and departure. The large enclosed yard was perfect for our dog Scott to stretch his legs. We recommend this listing and, of course, we will come back, maybe on a sunny day, to enjoy the pool.

Perfect! Our group of 5 enjoyed our quick nights stay. Everything is here. A great place. The host obviously takes great pride in the place. Very CLEAN!!!! Quite. Comfortable beds and linens. This property is a truly beautiful oasis, with fantastic outdoor space and swimming pool and ample indoor space too. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is amply equipped with everything you could possibly need. The local area is fantastic, with a brilliant Boulangerie just minutes from the house for your morning coffee and pastry. Access to Lyon is good. Walking about one hour fifteen or 15 minutes by car, Uber or a great local bus service. Patricia is a very responsive host. She immediately answered any questions we had. Excellent week, could not have been better

Responsive host when making recommendations. Accommodation identical to the description, clean, well-equipped and pleasant to spend a weekend or a week. Next to the tram line for easy transport without a car. We'll be back, I recommend it.

Spacious and clean apartment, very quiet area, within walking distance of the tram . For the subway you have to take a few extra steps, feasible. The owner Helenè is very kind and very clear .

Lovely apartment and then only reason that I rated it 4 stars rather than 5, is that it is perhaps a little far to walk to/from most of Lyon centre. That said there is a metro less than 5 minutes walk away which gets you to most places in under 30 minutes. Main Street has some nice shops.

Great stay at Mathieu's apartment! Very close to the train station, easy to access with a great view and impeccable condition, I recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Dominique's. I know the neighborhood well, and it's quiet and safe, so even if you can't always keep a spot in the parking lot, leaving the car on the street is not a problem. The apartment is very well arranged, and comfortable for 3-4 people without problem. The sofa bed is comfortable (which is not always the case!). As the other tenants said, be careful of the climb if you are on foot, but the bus is direct from Perrache and stops very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place (clean, quiet, very thoughtful host).
